Spend your beach vacation with us at our little corner of Isles of Capri in Naples, FL. Isles of Capri is located right in between Naples and Marco Island. It is 10 minutes from Tigertail Beach on Marco Island and 25 minutes from the Naples Pier. You can enjoy the best of Marco Island and Naples' attractions (beaches, bars, restaurants, excursions, and more...) without having to come home to the hustle and bustle, noise, and traffic that can occur in the busier areas.

*Please note that post Hurricane Ian the routes through the canals and all around Southwest Florida have changed. Do practice caution when navigating in the waters.

*Our boat is docked at the home and would require relocation in order for guests to use the dock. For guests staying less than 15 nights we cannot accommodate usage of the dock. For guests staying 15-30 nights we can accommodate usage of the dock with a $1,000 surcharge. For guests staying between 30-60 nights we can accommodate usage of the dock for $750. There is no surcharge for guests staying 60+ nights.

The house was exactly as described. We enjoyed the pool and proximity to restaurants on Isle of Capri. Host was quick to respond with any questions we had. Easy access to marina (walking distance) and Marco Island activities.

Our stay at Pazos Paradise in March was absolutely perfect. The well-equipped house, refreshing pool, and canal with dock and boat lift were exactly what we needed to escape the Wisconsin winter. We explored the canals, islands, beaches, and nearby tiki bars/restaurants every single day! The hosts are amazing, responding instantly to any questions. They even sent champagne when they heard our daughter got engaged during our stay! Thank you, Pazos family! We are excited to come back next year!!

We came down for a Christmas/New Year’s family vacation with our kids. The house had everything that we needed and was very clean. Our kids enjoyed being able to swim in the pool everyday. We also loved seeing the iguanas out back and the little mangrove crabs on the dock. The yard was very spacious and our dog loved being able to roam around. There are 4 restaurants within walking distance of the house and we highly recommend them all. Being so close to Marco Island and Naples was a highlight. We highly recommend Pazos Paradise!

Perfect for an extended stay with a boat

This house was perfect for us. We needed to stay for over a month for family issues and decided to bring down the boat. The lift is brand new and could accommodate our 26 ft RIB. We took advantage of that whenever we could get out. The house was super clean and well decorated. Everything you need is there. We used the pool every day. Another bonus is the huge yard!

Great home!

Pazos Paradise was a very updated beautiful home. They had a lot of amenities to help you in anyway regarding kitchen, bedroom and bathrooms. A new dock and boat lift recently added that is great. We didn’t happen to find one thing that was listed as amenities and contacted owner and within hours it was available. They really want your stay to be spectacular! I would highly recommend and hoping to be back in the future!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

Sometimes a little “staycation” is just what you need! We don’t live too far away from this hidden gem, but it was the perfect weekend away for us to celebrate my husbands birthday with fishing, family, and fun. The house was very clean, and located right on the water. We rented a kayak and enjoyed fishing on Tarpon Bay. The pool was great and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed to kick back, relax and spend time together. Pazos Paradise was just what we needed. Thank you to the hosts who made our stay easy and carefree. If you are looking for a place to unwind and enjoy, this house is a great choice, you won’t regret it.

Nice house on water

The house was great, stocked well with all the things you need but might have forgotten. Our only issue was that the property is listed as having a dock with water access, but the day before arriving, I was informed that the dock was not usable due to damage. It would have been nice to know this information ahead of time, as the purpose for renting this specific property was for the dock/water access.

The dock is currently undergoing repairs and supply chain issues are, unfortunately, out of our control. We hope you will visit again when our dock is fixed so you can fully appreciate the property. Nice home close to Marco Island

We enjoyed our vacation here! The home is generally as advertised, 3 bedrooms and 2 well-stocked bathrooms. The owners are friendly and communicative. The pool is wonderfully refreshing and we enjoyed the provided floats. We didn’t find the mattresses and pillows as comfortable as home; but they were serviceable. My only surprise was that I hadn’t realized until arriving that there was no indoor kitchen / dining room table for a family meal or to play cards. (There is a table on the screened porch, but while the screen helps. mosquitos still sneak through and we didn’t enjoy sitting there for long.). There is island seating for 6 - just not in a table arrangement. We didn’t use the floating dock other than to load the boat - as noted by another reviewer, it is partially submerged. The house was well-stocked (other than cookie sheets - we bought and left one behind). There are a limited number of beach towels - bring your own if you don’t want to do laundry nightly! They never seem to dry on their own in the Florida humidity! We had hoped to find a beach umbrella and chairs, toys, styrofoam cooler, etc. at the house - ended up buying an umbrella and cooler and leaving behind. In terms of location, house is at the corner of 2 roads - but traffic or noise was never a problem. There is not much to do in Isle of Capri itself - a marina and a couple of casual restaurants down the road from the house. Recommend Pelican Bend! The house is much closer to Marco Island than Naples - we ended up on Marco Island at least once per day for dining, the beach, etc and really enjoyed it. The family had a great time visiting local beaches and we would come back.

Amazing Place

We headed to this property after 10 days in the Orlando parks for some rest, relaxation and dolphin watching. We managed all three. The house was spotless and so well stocked with everything from lots of kitchen appliances, dishwasher and washing machine tabs to razors and toothbrushes in the bathrooms. There was even a bumper sized container of coffee and filter papers to last us through our week's stay. The pool was great, not heated but the kids didn't seem to mind. It's a corner property so not many neighbours and we barely heard anyone. It's on the water at the back which gave a lovely view. We tried out a few local restaurants, all of which we enjoyed and several of the local marine companies which again were all fantastic. If you want to go dolphin watching, we hired a boat from the Isles of Capri Marina which was great fun and gave us some autonomy about where to go and we had dolphins right on the edge of the boat. We also took jetskis for the morning tour from Florida Adventures who are based in the Rose Marina, just under a 10 minute drive from the house. That was expensive but lots of fun, particularly for our 11 & 13 year olds on the back and we saw more dolphins then and finally we took a sunset cruise with Dolphin Explorer. The people that run these tours study the dolphins and know them all by their fins. It was incredibly interesting but best of all was the way they got the dolphins to follow the boat, jumping over and through the waves that the boat created. It was the most incredible encounter with them I've ever had. However if you don't want to spend up to $1000 to see dolphins, we also saw them from the beach. The Pazos family couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful to their house in the correspondence from the moment I booked and all the way through our stay. Very helpful and very responsive. I would highly recommend this property. Nothing seems to come cheap in Florida, either in Orlando or Marco Island but this house was definitely the best value part of our holiday.

A perfect little oasis

This was my first VRBO experience and I was very pleased! The home was the perfect size for 4 adults and 2 kids. It was extremely clean and very well stocked. The location was perfect and gave us the opportunity to spend time at the beach, rent a boat to check out the islands, go fishing in the everglades, and drive to the keys. The pool was especially nice for the kids to use up excess energy while the grown ups took a break to recharge. We were also very pleased with our host. She reached out soon after our arrival to ensure our needs were met and she responded quickly when questions arose throughout our stay. Our group was only able to come up two things that would've improved our stay but neither should be considered a negative: 1) a larger coffee pot would've been preferred for 4 adults but we were grateful for coffee, 2) mosquitoes. Evidently the area can't be sprayed because of the conversation area nearby. The screened pool area helped but a can of bug spray will be your friend. Overall, we are extremely happy and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pazos Paradise :)

I appreciated the location of the property. It was ideal for a family beach vacation. The house was clean and well stocked. If you can, I would say go to the house first and then determine what you need to pick up from the store. I really appreciated the games provided as we were stuck inside due to the afternoon thunderstorms. My four year old grandson loved the card games. It was also nice to have access to both Netflix and my Prime video accounts for him to watch his favorite shows. The owners checked in with me as well, which was greatly appreciated. The only disappointment I had was the pool area. I would just suggest cleaning the screening and the area is free from cobwebs. I feel like that is why the pool wasn't as clean as it could have been. We used it once but only for a little while because it wasn't that clean. After it rained, so much of what was hanging from the screen had fallen in the pool. It might help if it could be cleaned more than once a week during the rainy season. If you don't mind that so much you will be okay. For me, I do not like sitting outside and looking up and seeing them. I would choose to stay here again because it was one of the more well stocked rentals I have stayed in and the location was just excellent. I only chose a house with a pool because my grandchildren love the pool.

We chose Isles of Capri because of how peaceful, clean, and relaxing it is. The restaurants nearby offer the comfort of walking into your family's kitchen and the sunsets are unlike any you will ever see. Isles of Capri is our home away from home and we hope to extend that peace and tranquility to our guests.

Our home is located on an incredibly private corner lot with ample space for outdoor activities. We are close enough to the ocean via boat or car where you can enjoy the beach but not have to engage with the busier areas or the hustle and bustle of the nightlife in both Naples and Marco Island. Our property offers the unique combination of vacation and remote work capabilities with two full desks, comfortable chairs, and WIFI.
