Meridian 504W is a luxurious, three-bedroom, three-bathroom, ocean block condo located on 60th Street in one of Ocean City's quietest and least-crowded neighborhoods. Inside, you'll enjoy comfort and elegance in this professionally decorated condo. The spacious floor plan includes a beautifully appointed kitchen with high-end appliances, a sun-filled dining area, and a cozy living room that opens to an oversize balcony with expansive ocean views. Additional luxuries include free WiFi, four flatscreen TVs, two DVD players, fine furnishings, a soaking tub in the master bathroom, a full-size washer/dryer, and parking for two cars. Walk down to the beach for a day of sun and surf, or stay home to enjoy Meridian's beautiful rooftop pool and 1,500-square-foot fitness center.

What's nearby:
Perfectly placed less than half a block from the beach, this family-friendly property is also a short walk from many popular restaurants, such as Fager's Island, Macky's Bayside Bar & Grill, and Seacrets. In the event of an occasional rainstorm, Ocean City's best indoor/outdoor miniature golf course and arcade is just six blocks away. The Ocean City Public Tennis Center is just across the street as well.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Happy

We found the property well stocked with kitchen ware and it was roomy and comfortable. We did have an issue with our door code at check-in but we called and the woman we spoke to was very nice and got us all straightened out. As far as cleanest, it could have been better but overall not too bad. We had a lovely time

Great place!

Clean and ready to stay from the moment we got there! Everything supplied and more than needed. Spacious for a family, comfortable seating, room separation with large bathrooms! The balconies have wonderful views of bay and enough ocean to see waves. Easy access to Highway and beach. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

With just a bit of attention, this unit would be 5 star.

Perfect location

This home is beautiful. We had an issue with cleanliness and upkeep of the home when first checking in. Overall the home is beautiful. Plenty of space and two huge balconies providing both an ocean and bay view.

Pros and cons

The location was great with nice beach and pool access. There were many lightbulbs out throughout the unit. There were no extra sheets for the pullout bed. The handle on the kitchen balcony door was broke. Otherwise mostly clean and nice space. Fabric on couch and chairs have many stains

Excellent Views and Location

As always, the Meridian 3-bedroom condos have excellent views of the bay and the ocean. We were sent instructions on check-in and check-out and were communicated with throughout our stay to ensure everything was going well. Unfortunately, the condo did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly. The master bath toilet had remnants from the previous guests and the glass doors to the balcony as well as the glass railings on the balcony were covered in greasy hand/fingerprints. The view is a major selling point, but the dirty windows made it hard to fully enjoy. We didn't appreciate that, on the first day of our vacation, we had to clean a toilet and windows. It may be time to look into a new cleaning service. This was our second time staying at the Meridian but the first time in this particular condo. The condo was nice, but the decor could use a little love to make it feel more stylish and beachy. Overall, it has great potential. I’d stay again if they switched to a more thorough cleaning crew.

Excellent Location and Views

We have stayed at the Meridian before but this was our first time in this particular unit. We stay here for the location and views of the ocean and bay. When we checked into the unit we noticed that the toilet in the master bathroom was not clean. Cleaning a toilet bowl on our first day of vacation was not something I wanted to do but was completely necessary! We also noticed that the glass on the doors to the deck as well as the glass all around the deck railing was COVERED in greasy little handprints. It definitely ruined that million dollar view so after cleaning the toilet bowl I tackled cleaning ALL of the glass. I strongly recommend getting a new cleaning company! There were also only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms. I am typically not one to point out all the negatives when we stay at these places but these just really stood out to us as basics that should have been taken care of.

Check in

The only problem with our stay was the check in. The code we received to let us into the property did not work. I called the property manager and they had me attempt 5 other codes, which did not work. A tech ended up having to be sent out to fix the problem. Myself and all the guests were stuck outside in the hallway with all of our belongings for over an hour before we could get in. Once we got in the property was amazing, it was just a rough start to our vacation.

HORRIBLE!!!!!

Disgusting!!! I called management right after arriving to complete filth and also submitting pictures. There were bottle caps, feathers (strange), tissues, dirty socks, broken blinds, poop in one of the toilets, blood on one bathroom floor and blood on one of the dirty pillows. I have NEVER seen any place SO dirty! The women I spoke to (Kyra) said she was the manager and then proceeded to hang up on me on my second phone call and didn't respond to the pictures I texted her. I will NEVER rent anything affiliated with Vacasa and the owners of 504 W Meridian should be ashamed or hire a new property management company.

Property not cleaned prior to arrival

My daughter and I arrived two hours prior to check-in and attempted to get parking pass and check-in info from lock box where we were instructed to go, which is blocks away from the condo. There is currently no in office personnel, but a man outside saw me open locker and told me I wasn’t able to take anything until 4pm. I asked if we could at least use our parking pass and a restroom at the condo and then either go to beach or use pool while waiting and he said no because the space may be needed for vendors and we can’t access building until then. He suggested a restaurant nearby for us to go while waiting. After obtaining our check-in info at 430 and getting into our condo, our family was extremely disappointed in the state it was left in. Underwear was left in the washer with dryer sheets and lint still on floor. A large ball of hair was on the shower wall with sand all over the two tile shower floors still, no toilet paper stocked in two of the restrooms. Dirty clothes under bed and in corner of bunk room with clothing tags and extra pillows on floor. No comforters or blankets in bunk room. Stains all over furniture and some linens, handprints and sticky substances on fridge, switches, doors, furniture. Patio furniture had food wrappers and empty juice pouch on it. Floors had sand and stains from spills from previous guests. It looked like someone dropped off towels and flipped the linens over on beds then walked out. I immediately called the number provided and the woman was very kind and said management would be sending someone to clean, though she didn’t know when. One of our family members stayed behind and a cleaning person did arrive in a timely manner, but wasn’t there long and told our family member they sanitized the light switches…after looking over everything it didn’t look any different except for the dirty clothes getting removed. I received a text the next morning asking about the cleanliness of condo to which I replied everything above along with the photos taken upon arrival. They responded they would let superiors know. No response, call, email in return. The condo was large, location is great, kids enjoyed the pool and proximity to beach, and had it been stocked and cleaned properly upon arrival I could have justified the $$$$ for the two & a half days we were there. I understand staffing issues and rising costs, but lack of response & presentation of home were unacceptable for a company in hospitality.

Great location

Great location, has two balcony’s for both sunrise and sunset views. You’re gonna get some road noise as it’s right along coastal highway but nothing crazy. Had things like a coffee maker, two crock pots, nice washer and dryer, sizeable fridge, and ample room and seating. All in a secure, quiet building.

Spacious and fully equipped condo

We loved the open layout, fully equipped kitchen and laundry, sleeping options for children and balconies on both the bay and ocean sides. Traffic on Coastal Highway was noisy at night, and our balcony was further away from the ocean. Would recommend bringing extra blankets

Nice place

The place is as described and in a nice location. However, We were not given appropriate sheet sizes for all the beds and were told by vacasa that they would be delivered and they never were. Also, many of the linens/ towels provided had long black hairs on them. Overall though, a nice place to stay.

The place is gorgeous!

I've stayed at a few different places in OC and this one is my favorite. You feel like a king when you're in the master bath. It's well taken care of and feels like a home. If you have a large group of adults, it is a very good deal for a couple days. I would say that my only complaint is that if they shut the elevator off due to bad weather, it's 87 steps to get up there. We would definitely recommend!
