This 2nd floor end unit with large balcony has a view of the Grand Gardens,The Grand Pool area, and of the Choctawhatchee Bay. A wall of windows allows plenty of natural light throughout. The master bedroom enjoys views to the bay and the spacious master bath has a double sink vanity, garden tub and a separate walk in shower. The guest bedroom has its own full sized bath, too.Large tropical pool with walk in edge along with a kids pool and hot tub.

Parking is limited to one car in the garage.In order to park in Lasata Parking Garage you must register and receive your QR Code. It is $10 to park for the duration of your reservation. Additional Cars, Visitors on Golf Carts need to Park in the Inspiration Parking Lot and enter through the Grand Lobby to go to Lasata or the Walkway from Hotel Effie. Make sure to display your parking pass!

This unit was clean. Every surface in the place was clean. The couches in the living room are a light beige color and to my surprise they did not appear visibly soiled. So my family felt comfortable that someone had taken time to make sure the unit was cleaned properly between guests. The property is very nicely situated, from the balcony you have a view of a beautiful courtyard with lovely well maintained vegetation and flowers. Bonus view of the water if you turn your head to the back of the balcony through the trees. A minute walk to the Village of Baytowne where there are many eating options. There is a pool and hot tub close by the unit on the property and shuttle service to and from the beach. The Grand Sandestin is a beautiful property in one of the best locations in the Destin area. My only pet peeve was the lazy upkeep of the unit’s bathrooms. The shower tile and caulking were in bad bad shape in both bathrooms. This did lower my rating of the property. For the nightly price I would expect well maintained bathrooms. I absolutely hated looking at black molded caulk and dirty grout lines. I did report. Hopefully they will take care of it. If that is addressed I would definitely stay again.

Directions to the lasata are not written well, if this is someone’s first visit. The garage is difficult to find and the signs inside the garage are small. Very narrow parking spaces.The location of this condo is on the 2nd floor, not the 3rd, like a typical hotel room would be numbered, so we walked up and down halls to find the condo. This could make things difficult if arriving at night. The ice machine on the floor was not working and the trash room was never unlocked, so we took the garbage to the garage. On the balcony there were multiple large roaches in the evening on the patio several different nights, which was reported to the rental company and pictures emailed The area was nice, but probably would not stay at this location again.

Great resort! Very clean and comfortable condo. We had other family who live there which helped with logistics. But lots of restaurants and activities within walking distance.

Nice Condo

Very nice condo fully equipped. Nice quiet location. The WIFI is slow that my only complaint. Really enjoyed everything regarding the condo/area. Patio was very relaxing, and inviting. Will return again.

Great location and very quiet

We booked this condo on the off season and it was so quiet and very peaceful. Hot tub and pool were close by and a very short walk to restaurants and shops. Parking garage was very convenient to condo. We would book this again.

Rooms were very nice.Had to electrical outlets that didn’t work. One in living room-(bottom part) and one in room with king size bed.Shower with king size bed was leaking and FYI, the bottom tile in shower needs to be chalked

Super Convenient Stay for Grand Sandestin Wedding

My friend and I really lucked out in finding this place for everything we needed to do with the wedding. The bridal shower was just a 2 minute walk away and the wedding was right behind the Grand Sandestin so we could see it from our window before we walked the 100m it took to get to our seats. The free shuttle system they have for visitors is super convenient and my friend and I definitely utilized it!

Nice condo in Sandestin

Spacious and clean condo. Nice pool and hot tubs close to the condo. Dining and shops all with-in walking. Shuttle service for an easy ride to the beach was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location!

We LOVED this condo. It was very clean and bed was super comfortable. The location was wonderful-very short walk to Baytowne Wharf. The view of the lawn was wonderful. We enjoyed the music for the wedding reception that occurred there as well as a wedding another day. We will definitely be staying there next year!

Great for a Work Conference - Not for Vacation

This location was fantastic for the purposes I needed it for, which was a work conference. The check-in process was a little chaotic because we never received our parking QR code & had to call the service center to have one distributed. We did end up receiving our original parking QR code two days into our trip. The cleanliness of the condo was fantastic, other than the dishes and silverware. We did have to wash food debris off of every item we pulled out of the cabinets and drawers. The walls are very thin, so just know that you will be able to hear neighbors, outside commotion & upstairs neighbors. The noise & the dishes were not enough to deter us from staying here again for another work conference; However, I would not stay here for personal vacation.The listing description of the beach access is a little misleading. The entrance to the beach from the restaurant is almost 15 minutes away from the condo. There is an option to take a shuttle, but it only runs every 30 minutes & the front desk associates did not have the shuttle schedule & said that "he runs on his own time". We ended up driving 20 minutes to public beach access because it was easier. The checkout process was interesting. We were asked to load & run the dishwasher, which is normal, except the bottom rack was missing two wheels & unable to run because of that. I'm not sure how this was missed by housekeeping prior to check-in. The alexa that we were required to communicate check out with did not work either.

Beach wedding week

Sandestin area is very nice. Condo was clean and comfortable. We were close to Baytown Wharf and enjoyed visiting there several times.
