My flat is very well served by public transport, which can easily take you to the Eiffel Tower, the Sacré Coeur or the Arc de Triomphe.



I'd also recommend taking a stroll along the rue de Bretagne, which is full of typical Parisian bars and small shops.

Well located on the upper reaches of the Marais, close to 2 metro stations. Small bedrooms but quiet for its location and kitchen was fairly well equipped (no microwave). However, it really needs a refresh. Grout in bathrooms and sofabed in living room grungy, bathroom sink and table edges chipped etc. With a bit of TLC, this place would be great. One caveat: Stairs are steep and curved with no handrail, somewhat perilous to navigate with luggage or mobility issues.

Great location. Having two bathrooms was nice. Nice towels. Comfortable beds. We cooked in two nights due to the cold weather. Kitchen had all we needed. Staff were very helpful.

Our stay at this Paris apartment was excellent. The space was very comfortable and well laid out, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with its own toilet, which made it perfect for traveling with others. Everything was clean, functional, and exactly as described.What really stood out was the host’s hospitality. They were extremely accommodating and kindly allowed us to arrive early, which made our arrival in Paris much easier after traveling. Communication was smooth and welcoming throughout the stay.The apartment was a great base for exploring the city, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Paris.

Great spot!

Beautiful courtyard unit with nice windows. In Paris, where hotel rooms are typically very small, it was nice to be in this space and have room to gather/hangout! It's really pretty inside and great communcation from the host.

Great apartment in a great location

We truly enjoyed our stay. The apt has good common area space, 2 good sized bedrooms (for Paris) with comfortable beds. The neighborhood is great - easy access to the shopping in Les Halles and the central Marais, and an easy walk to several Metros. There are local coffee shops and good restaurants nearby. It’s outside the center of the Marais but that makes it quieter but

Paris trip

The property is in a fantastic neighborhood, easily accessible to many restaurants and a 15 minute walk to a major train station, Les Halles. We were here for 3 nights.

Top location

Amazing location! Very quiet apt. Well appointed. Rooms are on the small side but it worked fine for our group. I would def. stay here again!

amazing apartment + location!

Really great apartment!! Right in the mix and so central. We really enjoyed our stay and Johanna was so prompt with her communication!! Would 1000p recommend. **only thing to note is that there's not much kitchenware if you plan to cook at all.

Close to Notre Dam & Louve

The apartment is within walking distance to many Paris attractions & restaurants. The apartment is clean, but has a musty smell & is in a courtyard that needs attention. The two bedrooms are small, but met the needs of the three of us.

Great Location!!!

My husband and I along with 2 friends stayed at this location. It never felt small like the typical Paris apartment. It had everything that we needed. Best of all was the location. Not too far from the metro and gave us the perfect Parisian neighborhood experience. The owners were great with their communucation and were so helpful in assisting us with transportation back to the airport. I am a VRBO owner myself and would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful stay in Paris

Paris is a beautiful city…. And the only thing that could make it that much more special is having a great apartment in a great spot. On this front, Studio Prestige delivered. The apartment was exactly as advertised and pictured. The communication with the Studio Prestige team was exceptional and the local was great. Highly recommend!

False advertising

We had a horrible experience the place is not maintained the walls have mold due to lack of maintenance we let them know that they have a share smell and they ignored that’s why there’s drano under the sink they charge a cleaning fee when the place has webs from the light fixture, the place has cracking on walls due to water damage that leaks on the stairs . There are no wash cloths to use as well and it’s 2 bathrooms not theee as described the stairs has not handle extremely dangerous going down with luggage … would not recommend. If there were no stars for poor quality they would get it I

Good not great

Location: B Apartment is small. Steep steeps up to apartment with no handrails. One bedroom has a connecting bath/toilet with NO door. Toilet is two feet from the bed. End of bed is maybe 18 inches from the wall. One towel per person for the week. No wash cloths22. Washer/dryer combo has no directions. Impossible to figure out. No chairs in the apartment. Couch must have been previously stained as the seating was covered with a blanket. Thin walls and of course we had a screaming kid downstairs. Seems strange that I see only a couple of reviews (since 2022)

Ce qui est étrange c'est votre commentaire nous n'avons aucun message ou suggestions de votre part durant votre séjour nous signalant quoi que ce soit vous écriez ( et c'est très dommage nous sommes très attentif et réactifs a vous :nos hotes, et nous aurions fait le nécessaire pour vous évidement ). la description e notre apparement est vrai et complete , aussi si il y avait un voisin qui "hurlait" vous auriez du taper a la porte et leur demander d'essayer de faire moins de bruit" nous n'y sommes pour rien et c'est dommage de nous pénaliser ! merci et bonne continuation

Horrible- Beware!!!!!!!!!

Beware! This place is horrible and the customer service is worse... Even though you get emails or repsonses back from this perosn called "Johanna", it is from one of her assistants. She owns over 300 properties and does not care about your experience or stay at all. It might seem that she does when you are corresponding to her, but once you get to Paris all communication ends. We had a hard time checking in late at night at 10:30 pm that night. No one repsonded to us until 12:00am the following day. There are extremely high stairs that were not advertised without any railing. My daughter that had cancer tripped and fell. There is no air conditioing in the property even though it is advertised. I was emailing Joahnna since she would not call me back- that we wanted a refund that it was unsafe to stay at her place. We were scheduled to stay for 4 nights. We only stayed for 1. She said under no excpetions would she refund us. We are looking into other options to get our refund back. It was so bad that we had to leave. Even though it looks nice- it is all a scam--- not in the best neighborhood either. I would not recommend this apartment at all.

Cute little stay

Overall lovely! We had a hiccup getting in - Thankfully, the neighbors were home to come let us in. Another resident had used the deadbolt so the code wasn't working - None of this was the property's fault, but anxiety inducing - and it was handled fast and they were easy to reach even at 9pm when we arrived. The space was mostly clean and bright. The kitchen had the everything we needed. I would give feedback on the couch cushions. They are terribly stained. They covered them with a quilt, but it would be better to have them steamed or deep cleaned. The rooms are tight along with the showers, which is normal for Paris! The TV's worked great, windows seemed newer and were great to have cracked open at night over looking the cute little courtyard. My feedback for space management would be that some storage for clothes and extras would be great. We lived out of our suitcases on this 4 day stay because there wasn't really anywhere for 4 people to get unpacked. We did have one small shelf and some hangers. A few small shelves over the toilet or another shelf in the bedroom would have been ideal. The primary bathroom has no door but the hallway one does. If you're traveling with someone you don't want to do your business in front of in the morning, be prepared to use the water closet that is in the hallway. Location was GREAT! We loved the neighborhood. Overall was a lovely stay! Communication was amazing when we needed something! I would recommend for another short stay.

Great location! We were two couples and the apartment was just the right size. Clean, quiet and near lots of shops and restaurants. We walked to Louvre, Musee d’Orsay, Notre Dame and easily took the metro to Montmartre. Steep set of stairs when you enter the apartment so not ideal if you are limited with mobility. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay!

Absolutely beautiful, comfortable and well maintained property. Somewhat expensive but impossible to find a 2 BR/2 Bath property so was worth it. Great part of Paris to stay in. Only challenge was the booking venue/property management. Tried multiple times by email and phone to get early check in with no response. The day before arrival I was able to reach them and pay 30 euros to be able to check in 3 hours early. When we got there the code to the key box did not work. Had to call and no resolution until the maintenance man called and opened the box and gave us the key 2 hours later. We checked out early due to the extreme heat wave and no A/C (not their fault) and could not leave the keys as the code again did not work. I texted the property management company that we were leaving and we delayed out exit for 35 minutes until he could set a new code for the key box as I did not want the liability if someone came in and trashed it after we were gone.

Manque de réponses venant de l'hôte lorsqu'on posait des questions. Mais en général tout c est bien déroulé. Les lits n étaient pas tous des grandeurs Queen ! Merci
