We were very comfortable in our clean and convenient apartment. Adonis greeted us warmly and was very informative. The best thing to us was the very central location - it felt like a hub from which we easily walked to major museums, the Seine, Le Marais, Montmartre, Champs Élysèes and more.

Great place to stay

Good location. Very close to metro and some nice restaurants, coffee shops, and other stores. Hosts were easy to work with. Apartment is fully furnished with everything you need for a stay in Paris, although air conditioning would be a plus

The apt is a little difficult to enter (lots of codes) and smaller than appears in the pictures. The “master” bathroom does not have a toilet attached, it’s down the hall. I specifically chose this apt because I assumed it had two full baths. And the second bathroom is very very small. It’s a typical Parisian apt so if you’re ok with that then it’s good. I will most likely stay in a different part of town next time but it’s very cute and lots of places to dine and close to metro. Do t forget about deposit when you arrive!!! It’s 500.

Very nice!

We really enjoyed staying here. Everything was as described and communication with the host was all timely. The area is comfortable to walk through even in the evenings (using common sense being in a city of course). We had everything we needed to enjoy eating 'at home' and the options for places to eat around the apartment were great.

Good property with helpful staff

The place itself was great with everything the listing mentioned. Good location, clean accommodations. What stands out is the accommodating staff. They let us drop our stuff off before checkin time while the place was still being cleaned even though this was not an expectation. In addition, after checking out, our Eurostar train was cancelled that night and we had to spend another night in Paris and needed help finding a room. Owner provided friendly advice late at night.

Cute, safe apartment

Cute little 2 bedroom apartment with lots of room. There are stairs, keep that in mind, but good security measures and close to many cafes and restaurants. Ubers are plentiful. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again when back in town.

Great Location

Locaction is easy to get to via train. We loved the area! Located on a picturesque french street. Lots of shopping and restaurants. Apartment was cleanand had all amenities. Thank you!

Brilliant apartment

We stayed at the apartment for a weekend with a group of 6 ( 3 mums and 3 teenage girls) and this was the ideal base. We loved the vibrant area and the location was perfect to explore Paris. The apartment was ideal with space for all of us with a good amount of bathrooms and comfortable beds and sofa bed. It’s really secure and very clean. All the communications were quick and super helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great base in a neighbourhood with lots of offer including shopping and wonderful places to eat as well as being a 20mins walk from Gard du Nord and 20mins to the river.

Great location, beautiful property

Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Paris. Only complaint was lack of AC, but that's apparently common in Paris. One outlet needs fixing in the master bedroom. Nice updated space in a charming building. Neighborhood seemed safe and quaint. We would stay here again.

Nice, quiet home base for a lovely Paris vacation

What a great find! The apartment is spacious and in a convenient location to the metro. It was quiet at night and quite comfortable. We spent every day out and about but really enjoyed our stay in the evenings. The rental group was communicative and friendly. We had a wonderful time!

We were so happy with this apartment for our week's stay in Paris. The location is right around the corner from not one, but two different subway stations. There are quaint restaurants nearby and even more down the street in both directions. The area is up and coming, and I suspect the late evening, minor riff-raff will be gone soon. We never had any issues and when there was an unexpected water leak, management was there to fix it immediately with a full water tank replacement completed within 24 hours. The apartment is well appointed and management has gone to great lengths to make the rooms look like hotel rooms. I would highly recommend this apartment for your next stay.

Great apartment!

The apartment was as described and very comfortable for 4 adults. Communication was excellent and we appreciated that the host was wiling to be flexible with our check-in process since our train was delayed coming in to Paris. The apartment does appear to be in a bit of a 'red-light district' but is very close to many amenities, the metro and was quite safe. Highly recommended!

Great Apartment

This is a great property with lots of conveniences including a washer/dryer. The management company was excellent. They were very welcoming at check-in and responded quickly to a minor maintenance issue. A metro station was about a block away. We were a party of two couples and there was plenty of room for us. The only drawback was the “ladies of the night” that posted themselves at several nearby doorways at all times of the day. This wasn’t bothersome for us, but I would not recommend bringing impressionable children to this location. Otherwise, I highly recommend this property.

The property was exactly as detailed, close to the centre of Paris, and the metro., clean and well provided for. The apartment is starting to show some age, particularly the flooring, starting to lift in the main hall way/kitchen area. The washer/drier is difficult to use, despite the owners providing instructions, and the ensuite off one of the bedrooms was smaller than expected. The team managing the reservation and co-ordinating our arrival to hand over the keys were brilliant, and very helpful.

Scary neighborhood and not family friendly

As we advised the host when we booked, we were traveling with our children. This unit is in a very scary neighborhood complete with prostitutes (next to the unit) and sex shops. Sure there are windows in the unit, but you wouldn’t want to leave them open because there is very easy access to enter. We would have found alternative lodging but were unable to do so given the busy weekend.

Nicely appointed appartment in a very convenient location

Apartment is very comfortably furnished and building is very secure and quiet. I appreciate that there was only one flight of stairs as most Parisian buildings don't have elevators. Although the weather was quite warm, the apartment was always cool and got great cross breezes when the windows were opened. The location is great as there is a good grocery store and several delicious bakeries close by as well as a very convenient metro station (only two stops away from Gare du Nord where I arrived on Eurostar). There are lots of cafes and restaurants in the area; we visited some a short stroll south on rue St-Denis (including a couple of good boba tea shops). Loved that there was a Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The check in process could not have been easier.

Lovely property in the heart of the city

We loved our stay, the apartment was clean and spacious with high end finishes and many amenities. The hosts left us with wine and coffee which was a very nice touch! We were also able to check in earlier than expected which completely made our day after several hours of travel. The host texted us after our first day to see if we needed anything which was nice. There were clear instructions left for working the appliances, which is much appreciated. Also, the building was secure with several different codes to get into the apartment, along with the key. We felt safe in the neighborhood even in the evenings, and the apartment is very centrally located so we could walk everywhere, although it is close to two metro stations as well. The only thing I would recommend if possible is for the debris to be cleaned off the roof tops. It was warm when we stayed and so we left the windows opened and there were a few spots where there was trash outside the windows. The apartment itself was perfectly tidy though! Perfectly lovely stay in a nice central location, communicative hosts and lovely decor in a neat historic building.

Really nice stay for my family!

We really enjoyed our stay here and the apartment looked just like the photos. Very nice, fresh, secure, and clean four our family. Checking in and out was really easy and staff was very friendly. Access to the apartment is via a locked courtyard that you enter from the main street. Apartment door is located on the 2nd floor via a spiral staircase. We had plenty of room for our stay. The beds are a little firm (for us at least), so recommend a pillow topper be added ;-) The location on Rue St. Denis is very convenient to the metro and walking distance to many sites. Yes, there are some adult shops on the street, but I only noticed 1-2 and they are no where near as prominent as the Montmartre/Moulin Rouge area strip for example (which can be embarrassing with children). There was one street lady who hangs out near the front door, but she never said a word or bothered us. She is older and has probably been there for a decade. We came in and out at all hours of the day, sometimes by taxi other times walking, and never felt like there was any safety issue. Just do what you should always do in a major city and pay attention to your surroundings. There are some stores/shops that appear closed/vacant (probably COVID-related), intermixed with various new/trendy restaurants, cafes, etc. There is also a convenient grocery store about 2 blocks away on the parallel street. On certain days/times, parts of Rue St. Denis were blocked off to traffic which was nice. Kids loved it (13 and 16), we loved it, and hope to return!
