This luxury 5th floor unit at Beach Colony Resort sleeps up to 6 and is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations, the only onsite management company at Beach Colony.

Resort Amenities include gated entrance, pool, fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with two well furnished ensuite bedrooms; 1 king sized bed in the primary ensuite, with a full bath including step in shower, dual vanities and jetted tub with Gulf views. The guest ensuite features 2 full sized beds, a shower/tub combination bath and privacy door to separate these spacious accommodations. All bedrooms have new smart televisions.

Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture + 65" new smart tv will make for great evening gatherings.

Guest have the option to dine indoors or alfresco on the balcony. Indoor dining furniture features seating for six at the table and three bar stools for quick snacks or conversations with the chef.

You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the largest and most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view. Balcony furniture includes a dining table + two full size lounge chairs with cushions.

The well furnished kitchen includes dinner and drinkware, cookware and more. Small appliances include Keurig AND traditional type coffee maker, crock pot, toaster & blender.

Unlike some other rentals, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct). This professional service includes two chairs and one umbrella set on the beach for you daily. Additional sets are available to purchase.
Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $315 value. Additional chairs and umbrella sets can be rented on the beach from LaDolce Vida on site.

Guest will find a complimentary gift and two (2) parking permits upon arrival in the unit.

-Front row service is NOT guaranteed on Navarre Beach at any condominium complex.
