Welcome to Cape Cod! Relax and enjoy your summer vacation in this newly furnished beach house with all the comforts of home. Located just 450' from Lewis Bay with Englewood Beach within walking distance as well as two smaller "neighborhood beaches". Kick back and relax in this 3 Bedrooms, 1.5 bath home with an open concept floor plan. Enjoy the outdoors with family and friends utilizing the gas grill on the paver patio w/ firepit facing south with WATER VIEWS at the end of the street. Last home on small quiet dead end street with spacious yard. A great location to kayak and/or bike from too! Centrally located on the cape, 1 Mile from Rt. 28.

Like coming home

This was our third year staying at this property. The others are very kind and super responsive. The house is clean, cozy, and comfortable. Great location. We plan to return again

Cute and Comfy

Our family vacation was wonderful. This is the cutest little house. The decor is so cute and it is in a great location for many restaurants and activities. We would love to visit again and would definitely consider booking this adorable house again.

Simply Perfect

What a gem! Property was exactly as described and shown in photos. Very clean, full of natural and some of the best central air conditioning! I really enjoyed being steps from the ocean and breathing in that salty air every morning. We’ll be back for sure!

Cape Cod Charm

We had an amazing time in this quaint home. The house was super clean and all the beds were very comfortable. It is a great location to Seagull beach and Main Street, Hyannis. There is a small beach down the road that we enjoyed too!

A cozy haven

We had a wonderful time at this sweet cottage! It was immaculate, so bright and loved the beachy interior! It was well stocked with everything. Comfy furniture, great napping couch! Very close to a small beach with a walking pier. The cottage looked just like the pictures, which rarely happens. It's on a quiet dead end street, felt very safe. Great communication with Dawn.

Great cape house

Lovely updated little house on dead end street. House is clean, quiet neighborhood, close to everything one would want in Cape vacation. Owners very responsive.

Beautiful house, ideal location

The house was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It looked exactly like the pictures. We enjoyed the short walk to the small beach (great for our young kids) and 5-minute drive to a bigger beach. Central location to Hyannis and Dennis too. The house is at the end of a dead end street, making it very quiet and peaceful. Would highly recommend, and we hope to return.

Great stay!

Dawn’s home is lovely - it’s got a cool beach vibe and a great location. The kids really appreciated the games and the house is well-stocked with the necessities for a beach vacation. Dawn is an extremely accommodating host and communication was excellent. Thank you for a great stay.

Always the best!

Dawn's place is such a delight! This is our third year in a row staying here, and it's now officially our summer vacation spot! The location is such a dream. This year we rented kayaks and SUPs for Lewis Bay, which is just a one block walk. It really feels like a private beach, and we love that you can see the water from the outdoor dining table. Seagull Beach is our favorite, just a short drive away. Definitely rent this lovely home!

Perfect Cape Cod Vacation!

My family and I have been coming to Cape Cod for 30+ years but needed our own space away from our family house. This house was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked for a week of cooking. The outside space was great and the fire pit was perfect for night time cocktails. There’s a beach at the end of the street and several others within walking distance. The house was exceptionally clean and the furnishing were very comfortable, especially the couch! The outside shower was great and the the games were wonderful for the kids. We will definitely rent this house again in the future! Thank you.

Cape Cod Cozy Cottage

Wonderful stay with everything needed to unwind and relax. 2 min walk to the beach in a quiet cul-de-sac, and although the weather was less than stellar during our trip, the outdoor spaces still got lots of use. Inside is adorable, with comfort and convenience throughout and a super fall-asleep-in-it couch. Keep in mind there is not much right near the property unless you walk quite a bit - so plan accordingly, but property has lots of games/beach goods/entertainment/internet. However, only about 5 mins car ride to food/services and then another 10 or so to Hyannis. Can't really go wrong if you are looking to take it easy.

Perfect Vacation Getaway

We had such a nice vacation. Dawn and Kevin were fabulous hosts. This property is the perfect rental; it is clean, quiet, steps from the water, and an ideal location on The Cape. We will definitely be returning.

Cape Cod paradise!

Dawn left no stones unturned when it came to setting up their house! The beds were SO comfortable, the kitchen was stocked, and the amenities were the best we have seen in a house yet. Our family enjoyed all the games on our rainy days and were thankful to have space to spread out in the house. The location was perfect for our family (kids ages 8, 5, and 3) and the quiet street was so nice. We enjoyed walking to the water at the end of the road to hunt for crabs and go fishing. West Yarmouth was a prime location on the Cape to get to beaches and attractions. We will stay again for sure! Thanks, Dawn and Kevin!

Another Great Stay

A lovely spot for families or friend groups of all ages

A great little corner of the best part of the Cape. The beach up the block is a bit small for our taste, but Seagull Beach is only a four minute drive away. The house itself is cozy and well-appointed with most everything needed. Outdoor shower is nice for washing off the beach before going in. Only suggestion would be to provide an umbrella for the picnic table.

Perfect Location!

We couldn't have been happier as we drove down beautiful Shore Rd. taking in the shimmering sea and breathing in the fresh, salty air! The home is stylish and comfortable! My 7 year old niece LOVED going to the tiny beach located just steps down the road from the house! The neighbors we met in the neighborhood were friendly and welcoming to us! Dawn and Kevin (our hosts) were extremely responsive to any questions I had by getting back to me so quickly! The kitchen had nice pots, pans, dishes and flatware. The washer/dryer and central A/C were a nice bonus! Would definitely return to this home/location! A couple of minor suggestions would be putting a hook in the bathroom on the wall outside the shower to hang your bath towel, a lamp on the table in between the 2 comfy chairs in the living room (for evening reading) and a storm/screen door on the front of the house so we can open the front door to enjoy the sunshine/view and to get the nice breeze coming in! Thank you again to the hosts and look forward to returning!

Best location & family friendly

We have enjoyed two summer trips to Dawn’s house. We have three young children, making the 2 minute walk to the beach ideal. The house has all the amenities that you could need, is immaculate, and spacious enough to spread the family into three bedrooms! So many wonderful restaurants, ice cream shops, and scenic places to visit nearby.

Fun in the Cape!

We had a great stay! Property manager was very responsive and accommodating. House was very cute and clean. Close to tons of family friendly activities. Small beach within walking distance with swingset. Suggestions to make this property even better, outdoor clothesline, newer refrigerator. Overall we were very comfortable here.

Wonderful!

From the moment we got close by and saw the beach was so close we were happy. Once we walked into the home we were thrilled! It was sparkling clean, comfortably furnished for the five of us including three teens and well supplied for a week away. The beds were very comfortable. The dining table outside was lovely for dinner on a nice night. A larger beach (Seagull) is a five minute drive away and all of Yarmouth’s restaurants and attractions are a short drive yet the neighborhood around the house is nice and quiet. We can’t wait to come back.

Perfect Beach Getaway

A fantastic spot, a fantastic property, and a fantastic host all combined for a fantastic getaway! My family and I loved everything about this home. It was clean and offered everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. The host was extremely gracious and has created a wonderful experience in her home.
