This is a Gulf Front 3 bed, 2 bath with an extra large balcony to view sunsets and sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico. Located on the 19th floor with expansive views. Both bedrooms have King beds with a walk out onto the balcony. Enjoy gorgeous Gulf views every morning from bed. The 3rd bedroom is perfect for the kids- small room with twin bunks. The living room has a comfy couch that pulls out into a queen sleeper, large rocker/recliner, and an additional swivel rocker. There is a dining table for 4, and 3 bar stools. The kitchen is equipped to fix a full meal for 8. However, if you want a break and do not wish to cook, walk down to Sea and Suds and grab dinner. One of a few restaurants that sit directly on the Gulf.

Location of the property is amazing, and the higher floors give you an amazing view of the Gulf. The large wrap around balcony made it nice to spread out and the polywood furniture on the balcony was very much appreciated. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Plus there was plenty of extra sheets and blankets available in each closet. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances you could need. Washer and dryer worked wonderfully fast and cleaned clothes nicely. Overall, I would highly recommend this property and the property management. All the pictures I added were taken from the balcony.Had a minor issue with plumbing in the master bath but called Dana and she responded to my text right away and resolved the issue very quickly.

Unbelievable balcony & views

Absolutely gorgeous condo and views. Highly recommend this unit. Only complaint are the elevators- they were filthy, only 2 for 20 floors, and closed so quickly that sometimes no one got on because they were so full of people getting off. We had a wonderful stay otherwise and would come back.

The property was as listed on the site. Property manager was ex Ellen’s, responds to any messages very quickly. I highly recommend booking this place!

The location is perfect…and the large balcony has a great view and lots of seating. The host was responsive with all communication and great to work with. You won’t be disappointed!

Gulf Shores Trip

We enjoyed our stay in Gulf Shores! The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. The view from the 19th floor was amazing! The beach was very clean and the water was pretty.

The beautiful location, the wrap around porch, the quietness, the convenience of going down the elevator to just a few steps from the beach. It was all just perfect. Cannot wait to stay here again!

Annual trip

The unit was equal to, if not better, than the description. Furnishings were updated, in a calming color pallet. The beds/mattresses were so comfortable, we slept thru every night! Walk-in shower in the master bath. Loved the balcony furniture. The Seawind complex is a great location, with a Surf Style market across the street. Many restaurants are waklable, within a half mile. The Gulf State Park fishing pier is also a nice evening walk along the beach. I wouldnt want to stay anywhere else.

Great stay

Check in/out super easy. Accurate description and photos as advertised. Location is great, short walk to the Hangout (entertainment for all ages) several places to eat and the Pier. Accommodations great, everything was clean (with the exception of the floor, we had to use the steam clearer to clean the floors but otherwise very clean). The balcony is amazing, very spacious (lots of play area for a 2 year old) views of the ocean, Sea and Suds, the pier and sunrise. Definitely would stay here again hopefully same time next year. What a spot to see the Blue Angels fly by during a practice, they were at eye level ahhh-mazing.

My sisters and I wanted to give our Mom a quick trip to the beach she would enjoy. And this place did not disappoint. Easy access to surrounding attractions and a beautiful place with a stunning view! We had the best time!

Very Interesting Stay!

Our family spent 39 nights at the condo, over Christmas and Jan. 2025. Pros: Beautiful with amazing views! The king beds were comfortable.Large spacious balcony with great furniture and views of the ocean, sunrise and sunsets. Large, efficient, personal laundry room. (The dryer buzzer will cause you a fright!). Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Loved the air fryer and Keurig coffee pot.There are beach chairs to use at the condo and also in the garage pool area to borrow.Quiet condo, didn’t really ever hear the neighbors.We loved our walks on the beach. The Sea and Suds restaurant is so close and serves up great food.Cons: Arrived to broken items: dishwasher, toaster, 2 dining room chairs, kitchen lights, clock, among other things. Management addressed most issues quickly.Bunk room is very dark and small. Top bunk had a 100lb weight limit and was not made upon arrival. There is no storage in this room.The hot tub, pool, gym and sauna are located in the next building. That was disappointing.We had a water leak from the condo above.The vents in the ceiling howled and whistled for hours when the wind was in the wrong direction. Dirty dishes in the cupboards. We were there for the 8” snow storm. Both elevators were down for two days. This was concerning if there had been a health issue. We are rethinking staying on the higher floors again.

A wonderful condo

Loved this condo! We had a great stay, the owner was extremely accommodating and very communicative. We came over Thanksgiving and it was very clean and having all we needed in the kitchen was a huge plus. I will admit, the living room furniture wasn’t the most comfortable for curling up and watching a movie but we spent most of our time outside the condo so that wasn’t a big deal to us. We were close to everything, and all of the property fascilities were well maintained and clean.

Fabulous!

The place was just like the pictures, maybe even better. Comfortable, beautiful, relaxing! We had a little problem with the water when we first checked in but the owner answered my call right away & all was taken care of. My only things I would tell people: Don't just put the parking pass in your car, make sure you fill it out completely! I got a warning from the not so friendly security guy. The elevators are awful! If you hold it open with your hands (and someone on another floor, not my group, did) they "break down" and it takes about 20 minutes to reset! Usually only 1 of the 2 works each day, just be patient. Overall, it was a great stay & we would definitely stay here again!

Everything promised

This condo is special, location, decor, ease of check in, location and friendly folks. First time to this area and we were not disappointed. The morning balcony coffee, the walk out to the beautiful beach and walking distance to many local diners. Thank you, thank you thank you Dana.

We enjoyed everything about this property. Great location, easy check-in and check-out, great views. If we werent at the beach or eating we were on the large balcony taking in the views. Awesome place.

1904 Seawind or Nana's Tall House II has one of the best views. The owners also own 1901- Nana's Tall House I. Book both for large family or friend getaways. Sea and Suds is right next door. It is one of two Gulf Front Restaurants. They have the BEST fish sandwich and fries. The location is great! You can walk to the Hang Out or many other restaurants. There is even a small grocery store that stocks all the essentials right across the street. The unit itself is very special. It is one of few units in this building with an extra large balcony which means more views from inside.

Seawind has a indoor/outdoor pool, kiddie pool, newly redone Gulf Front workout room with views, sauna, whirlpool, separate kiddie splash pool, ocean front grills, beach chair service for a fee, onsite check in, and white sand beaches.
