Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay overall. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the issues experienced during your stay, as this is not the standard we strive to uphold at Southern Vacation Rentals. Upon review, we do show that these concerns were reported to our 24/7 Guest Services team, who promptly notified the local Property Manager so they could be addressed, however, it was determined that a vendor was needed. While we regret that these issues could not be resolved during your stay, we are pleased to report that they have since been addressed. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and thank you for your understanding. Guest feedback is invaluable as it helps us improve the overall experience we provide. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better stay in the future. Your Southern Team

Visit

We enjoyed the property but found out on last night the oven did not work. We had pizza for the kids and then found out you could not get take out anywhere. This really soured the occasion. Got a smart ass mail back from someone stating that we were not entitled to any refund or discount because they were not notified. I mean you know someon needs to be a little more diligent in their responses.
