Penthouse 8510 is a flexible, view-forward suite at One Ski Hill Place — located on the fifth floor with vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace, and large windows framing panoramic mountain views. Designed to adapt to couples, families, or small groups, this suite delivers resort luxury with the feel of a private mountain home.

In summer: Colorado SuperChair, Rocky Mountain SuperChair, and BreckConnect Gondola (late June through Labor Day) are steps from the building. The gondola delivers you to Main Street in 5-7 minutes. Breckenridge Bike Park and Peak 8 trail network are directly accessible — no shuttling, no planning.

Every Gilson Group stay includes access to our full concierge portal — private chef, grocery and alcohol delivery, airport transportation, welcome kits, in-home spa services, early check-in and late checkout, guided excursions, and local recommendations.

Guests have full access to the penthouse and all One Ski Hill Place resort amenities — the heated indoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, spa, private guest locker room, game rooms, media lounge, and bowling alley. One reserved space in the heated underground garage is included. The complimentary resort shuttle runs on demand anywhere in town within five minutes.

Access is via electronic key cards and parking passes issued at check-in.

This property is professionally managed by Gilson Property Group — not an individual host. Every stay is prepared to the same standard: thorough cleaning, quality linens, and responsive support from booking through checkout.

Before your stay, we will ask you to complete a quick identity verification through our guest portal. It takes just a few minutes and is how we ensure every Gilson stay is seamless and secure. A valid driver's license and rental agreement are all that is needed to confirm your check-in details.

A $250 security deposit is collected prior to arrival — similar to a hotel holding a credit card on file — and released in full after checkout once all access items are returned. Guests may also choose a non-refundable Damage Waiver instead, selected during the pre-arrival verification process.
