The rooms in this fully renovated, perfectly insulated apartment are arranged around a stained-glass skylight.

The living spaces offer pleasant volumes. A large living room — now equipped with reversible air conditioning, keeping you cool in summer and warm in winter — opens onto a recently upgraded south/southwest-facing terrace where you can enjoy your breakfasts and evening aperitifs without overlooking the garden. Its lush vegetation, teak floor, retro bench and chilienne, grilled meats on the plancha... will make you forget for a moment that you're in the heart of Paris. In the evening, the glitter of the Eiffel Tower will be there to remind you that you are indeed in the City of Lights.

The dining area has been designed to blend in perfectly with the rest of the apartment, in an uncluttered yet warm style. It is equipped with a large table for four guests and a top-of-the-range kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals. All crockery and appliances are brand new.

The 2 bedrooms are accessed through separate doors. They can be joined or separated by a sliding partition. The first is equipped with a queen-size bed and dressing room, and the other with a pull-out double bed and closet. Both beds are carefully made up with hotel-quality linen.

The bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower and a large washbasin. The toilet is separate. Please note that there are 2 WCS in the apartment. The flat is professionally cleaned between stays.

Please note that the property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Residents of the 9th arrondissement benefit first from an exceptional cultural offer. Between the Museum of Romantic Life, which, as its name suggests, is dedicated to the Romantic period, the Gustave Moreau Museum, located in the painter's former studio, and the Grévin Wax Museum, where you can pose alongside more than 200 characters who made or are making history, you are bound to find a museum to suit your taste. Come also to admire the architecture of the Opera Garnier and the Trinity Church. You can also go and enjoy yourself in one of the many places of entertainment that make the district's charm charming, such as the Folies Bergères, the Palace, the Grande Comédie, or the Olympia for music lovers.

Fashion and luxury lovers will find happiness in department stores such as Printemps and Galeries Lafayette. Feast your eyes on the restaurants in the neighbourhood, the most significant number being in the Opéra and Grands Boulevards district. Finally, after dark, head to the trendy Pigalle district, where the famous Moulin Rouge cabaret dates back to the 19th century.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Cadet, is just a 1-minute walk.

The Orly Airport is approximately 50 minutes away by car, or you can take Line 14 to the Pyramids station with only one transfer to reach Cadet.

For Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG), you can use the RER from Gare du Nord.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
