This house is the perfect vacation rental. It was super clean, rooms/beds were comfortable, and the hosts were very easy to communicate with. They also offer everything, which makes packing/travel super easy. From house essentials to beach essentials, they have all you need!

We have been coming to wells for many years with our family and stayed in a lot of places. This was one of our best trips! we had a great week and really enjoyed our stay. The house and location were awesome, very clean with everything you need making you feel like you are at home. Pam was extremely responsive with any questions we had. Great spot can’t wait to return to Wells Beach in the near future!

Such a great house and location. Hosts were excellent and the house had everything you could possibly need. Our family of three enjoyed a great week in Wells. Couldn’t recommend this house more highly.

The perfect cottage

This cottage has more than everything we could expect. Located a few steps from the beach, it is very well equiped and clean, the hosts are very responsive and kind, the neighborhood is quiet and pretty. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had such a wonderful visit to Wells staying at Pam & Slater’s home. As soon as we arrived we could see how much care and pride they have for the property. Fresh linens and towels, kitchen stocked with lots of helpful items, toys for the kids, beach chairs and wagon, awesome toiletries, it was one of the nicest rental homes we’ve had the pleasure to visit. Plus, the beach was only a short walk away! We felt so welcomed and comfortable during our time here, and hope to return again next summer! Thanks Pam and Slater!

First class!

We had an amazing time at this property. The house had everything we needed and more!We were treated to fresh flowers and chocolates from the local shop upon arrival. The location is perfect.The house is beautiful inside and out. We will certainly be back!

Beautiful home, Wonderful Hosts

The house is lovely and a short walk to the beach. All toys and chairs to enjoy the beach are at the house. Pam was very accommodating with an air mattress as we had a few extra guests add on at the last minute.

This rental was absolutely beautiful, it had everything you could possibly think of. Pam was so easy to reach and immediately got back to you with any questions. It was walking distance to the beach, and many other attractions. I would definitely recommend this beautiful rental.

Perfect Maine getaway

The location is an easy walk to the beach. The attention to detail in the accommodation was impressive, and everything was so clean and well-maintained. They also provided a beach cart and chairs, which was a treat. The hosts left incredibly thoughtful touches and were responsive with communication, making sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you to the hosts for a fantastic experience!

Beautiful, clean, close to beach!

My husband and I stayed with our two boys (5&7) and my mother and her sister. We all had plenty of room. Such a short walk to the beach, the kids didn’t mind at all, and loved taking a shower outside at the house! Not to mention the nightly walks to the arcade and morning walks to get coffee and breakfast.

Wonderful family vacation!

This is not just a vacation rental. No way! It is a home. The hosts, Pam and Slater have made sure that their guests are comfy, cozy and made to feel like they are at "Home". We could not have asked for a better experience. All of us agree that we will certainly return again and again. Thank you Pam and Slater.

Yellowhouse Stay

This property is clean, updated, comfortable, and close to everything. Pam was very easy to communicate with and she compiled a guide of local food and attractions that is perfect. You are a five minute walk to the beach and good breakfast spots, and the house is situated to provide excellent sunset views over the estuary. You are a short drive to great restaurants, ice cream, mini golf, and Rachel Carson (for walking in the estuary). We had a great stay and highly recommend this house, we’ll likely book the property again next summer. Thanks again Pam and Slater.

Ocean Escape

This was our first VRBO experience and I could not be happier on the week we had. The house was super clean with creative beach decorations. Pam was was very responsive and answered any questions I had quickly. The beach is literally a 5 minute walk and you just need to pay attention to the tides. 5 Stars all around. Thanks Pam! Mike

Beautiful Home

We had such a wonderful time staying at The Yellow House. The cleanliness and attention to detail in the home was spot on. The owners were so accommodating (as we had a baby with us) and catered to our younger kids as well. The location is right in town with an easy walk to shops, beach, and arcade. A beautiful home!
