The front door of this 35m² flat opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space.

The flat is on the fourth floor and is accessed via the stairs. Please note that there is no lift, which may make it unsuitable for people with reduced mobility.

The living area features a very comfortable sofa that converts into a single bed, a television and a table for two.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you’ll need to prepare your meals.

The bedroom features a double bed, neatly made with hotel-quality bed linen.

The bathroom includes a washbasin, a mirror, a shower and a toilet. There is also a washing machine in the flat.

The flat is professionally cleaned between stays.

All you have to do is enjoy your stay!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

As for cinema-goers, they can enjoy the gigantic "Halles" complex, with its 27 theatres, in the "Forum des Halles." For those of you who are a stylist or fashion fan, the luxury stores on rue Saint Honoré will not leave you indifferent. To go out, don't miss the beautiful tea rooms in the rue de Rivoli, the Japanese restaurants in the rue Sainte-Anne, or the large choice of fast food restaurants in the "Forum des Halles".

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
