Welcome to Canaveral Beachfront Villas—your peaceful escape on the Atlantic Ocean. Originally built in the 1950s by the Army Corps of Engineers, this newly remodeled two-story townhouse sits closer to the beach than neighboring homes, offering uninterrupted panoramic views of the ocean. With a private beach access just ten steps from your back door and views of the Kennedy Space Center’s launch pads from the upper deck, it’s a truly special place to stay.

This 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhouse is perfect for families or friends looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway on Florida’s Space Coast. Decorated in cheerful seashell cottage décor, it features a glass-enclosed Florida Room, cozy common areas, and thoughtful amenities for comfort and convenience. The oceanfront master bedroom includes a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress, blackout shades, and a private deck with seating for four. The guest bedroom has a queen-size foam mattress bed, and all linens, towels and beach towels.

The full bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower, and the first-floor half bath includes a washer and dryer for your use. We provide beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent (All Free & Clear), and dryer sheets. To start your stay, we also provide hospitality-sized soaps and basic essentials. Please feel free to bring or purchase your favorite full-size items during your stay.

The open kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and gathering, and the living area features a smart TV with cable and streaming access (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+), plus high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home. Each bedroom also includes a wall-mounted flat-screen TV for quiet evenings.

Outdoor spaces include a private second-floor deck, a ground-level patio off the Florida Room, a front sitting area, and a shared outdoor shower to rinse off sandy feet. There’s a shared grill between the two townhouses and two dedicated parking spots for your unit.

We now offer a Tesla Wall Charger (installed October 2024), available for guest use only. Please share responsibly with the other townhouse guests on the property.

We are a dog-friendly property and welcome up to two well-behaved dogs under 60 lbs each (give or take a little). A pet fee applies to cover the extra cleaning required after each stay. Dogs must be house-trained, fully vaccinated, and treated for fleas/ticks. Please keep them off the beds and furniture, and always use a leash in outdoor areas. Sandy pups must be rinsed off at the outdoor wash area before entering the townhouse.

Please be aware that local regulations prohibit dogs on the beach during lifeguard hours unless they are service animals. Early mornings and evenings are a great time to walk your pup like a local!

Guests are responsible for bringing trash to the bins on the south side of the building throughout their stay. Trash is collected early Tuesday and Friday mornings—placing bins at the curb helps ensure timely pickup and a clean, pest-free environment.

To keep the plumbing in top shape, only flush provided Charmin toilet paper—nothing else, not even wipes labeled flushable. Guests are responsible for any clogs or damage caused by improper use. Yes, we’ve had to rescue plumbing from G.I. Joes, bows, hair ties, sand, and grease before—let’s not repeat history!

Please clean the grill after use, including the grease tray, and replace it with a new one from the storage area for the next guest’s enjoyment.
