Getting around is easy from our 30A condo! You'll find free parking on-site, making it simple to explore the area by car. For those flying in, the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is approximately a 30-minute drive. While public transportation is limited in this area, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. You can easily access local attractions, restaurants, and shops with a short drive or even a pleasant walk or bike ride.

Please note if any beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, coolers, pack n plays, and baby gear are available, these are provided as a complimentary amenity. LUXE 30A does not guarantee the inclusion or perfect working order of these items. They are not part of the rental agreement.
The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older, with at least one guest aged 25+ for every three guests in the group.
