Delphine’s apartment was exactly what we were looking for. It was extremely charming and well decorated. You can tell her place is well cared for. The location is incredible but the thick windows keep the noise out. The property manager was very communicative about the check in process and he even helped us with getting our bags up the stairs.

Great apartment, and great location. Right in the heart of things, but very quiet too! One issue, and this is mostly our fault: We were in Paris during a tremendous heat wave, with many days of 100 degree heat. There is no AC in the apartment, but also in most of Paris too. So with global warming, be sure to plan accordingly with warm weather travel. This is something we never had to think about in the past!

Charming apartment in walkable neighborhood!

Loved our stay in this charming apartment. Decor was beautiful, well appointed furnishings and everything you need for a wonderful stay. Close to eateries and tourist sites, yet authentically local.

Wonderful location

Delphine‘s apartment is ideally located. It’s also very clean and French! We enjoyed our stay and would go there again.

Amazing location!

Great place to stay for our family of 4. Station nearby can get you just about anywhere, especially major train stations and airport (CDG). Can walk to the Louvre! Owner and management company very easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Amazing location

It was a pleasure to stay in this beautiful historic building in my favourite area of Paris. The apartment was clean and anything we needed was dealt with quickly. Yes, there are lots of steps but they are part of the character and charm of the historic building. We would happily stay here again

Great apartment, excellent location, and nice staff

We love the apartment. It is super close to everything. People are also nice. They offered a lift from the airport on Christmas Day and allowed early check-in. I highly recommend it!

Paris Vacation

Location!!! This property is centrally located to many of the primary attractions in Paris, it was amazing! We were able to walk all over the city and get to so many of the things we wanted to see in the short amount of time we were in Paris. At the end of the day we would hop on the metro which is steps away from the property. There are so many fun cafés and shops off the beaten path in the neighborhood, it was fun to explore. Delphine was a dream to work with, she was highly communicative and responded quickly to questions.

Terrific location walkable to major museums, Notre Dame, etc; great access to train and metro and tons of restaurant choices. Check in and out was very easy and pleasant. Apartment has a nice kitchen and bath. There was a lot of restoration of the exterior of the building happening so the appearance outside was not be the same as picture...but it was not noisy --workers were very respectful. There are a lot of stairs up to apartment which was fine for us but just something to be aware of. Delphine was very responsive to questions as well. Would definitely stay there again.

A beautiful apartment, quintessentially French. Very charming in a fantastic location. The photos and information were very accurate so we knew to expect antiques, floorboards and beams. On paper it’s not the most practical for a family as it is up a lot of steps to the apartment, there is no bath and it’s “cosy” in size, but for our family with a 7 and 5 year old it worked very well for a short stay whilst exploring the city. We appreciated the proper twin beds which most of the alternatives couldn’t offer, the kitchen is old fashioned but everything works and it’s really clean, with all the kit we needed. The steps are tiring, and I agree with some of the reviews that the main bed was uncomfortable, but I think maybe Brits are fussier than most Europeans having experienced many a sleepless night on the continent! There was scaffolding up on part of the building which we were told about in advance and didn’t affect our stay in any way. In summary, an authentic, charming Parisian apartment in a great location, very clean and quiet for the middle of the city, great communication throughout our stay. Thank you Delphine and the team for a memorable weekend.

De Belles Vacances dans une Belle Maison!

Delphine's apartment is even better than the photos depict! Each room, including the kitched and the bathroom, is spacious and beautifully decorated. Check in and check out were both easy and efficient, and when we needed help with the front door one evening, Delphine and Aimane came to our rescue within minutes. While there was scaffolding in the courtyard due to renovations, there was no noise from the work crew, and it was so quiet over night that we almost forgot we were in one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in Paris! Access to the metro, cafes, Notre Dame, museums, and the Seine is at your fingertips. We can't wait to return next year! Thank you Delphine!

Charming Left Bank Apartment

Charming apartment, very well located on the left bank. Like most old Paris apartments there is no a/c so if you are staying in July it can be a little warm up on the 3rd floor when the temp is above mid 20s. The 3rd party contact we dealt with to gain access and for any issues during our stay was frustrating to deal with - very poor communication and he wasn’t there to let us in upon arrival at agreed time. The mattress in the main bedroom needs replacing, we kept rolling into the middle throughout the night.

An elegant art inspired large two bedroom apartment with full kitchen, large bath, and everything you might need. Comfortable, so close to the Seine! Easy walk to most historic attractions and several cafes and bistros. Soft beds. It is at the top of 86 steps but you will not mind once you reach the top. The hosts and owner were very communicative and professional. I have never been so happy with a stay as with this one. It makes you feel like you are living in Paris instead of just renting a place to stay. Merci beaucoup, Delphine and Jerome!!

we loved the location, the ambience of the apartment however it was very hot and one fan did not work at all and for four people only two small rolls of toilet paper was a HUGE MISTAKE.

Thank you for your feedback. We are delighted that you enjoyed the location and the atmosphere of the apartment. Regarding the toilet paper, we are not a hotel. We provide two rolls as a courtesy so that guests have everything they need upon arrival and do not have to rush out to shop on their first day. After that, as with most self-catering vacation rentals, guests are expected to purchase any additional supplies they need during their stay. As for the fans, we sincerely regret that one was not working. The previous guests did not report any issue, and unfortunately you did not mention it during your stay either. Had we been informed, we would of course have done our best to provide a replacement or find another solution as quickly as possible. We appreciate your comments, as they help us ensure everything is in perfect working order for future guests.
