Perfect East Stay

Very clean, very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Enjoyed our stay , it appears to be the nicest around from the walking around we did.

great place

This is a great place very clean with a central location no need for a rental car if you just want to stay near the condo and walk around. Very nice pool facility as well.

Perfect Getaway!

Loved our stay here while visiting Kauai. Location is perfect and the condo has everything you could need… as well as a beautiful view! 10/10 stay!

Outstanding Stay!

Spent a couple nights here with my wife as part of our honeymoon. Clean, comfortable, and great location. Highly recommend and definitely would come back.

Beautiful view of the ocean from lanai

Loved our stay here!! Everything was perfect!! Loved going out to the lanai to relax and watch the waves come in! I will dream of this view! Thanks for such a special place to stay!

Beautiful all the way around!!

The condo was in excellent condition with everything you could need for a relaxing getaway. Location was also great with easy access to the rest of the island. I would highly recommend and would easily stay here again!

Great property at a great location

We were very pleased with this condo. It's very spacious and clean. The location is within 30-45 minute drive to anywhere on the island! Would definetly stay here again!

Family adventure with spacious condo

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. Spacious, had all the amenities we needed. Spectacular view of the ocean. Will for sure go back again. Thank you Egidio & Cheryl for making our vacation a time we will always remember.

Perfect place to stay

All the amenities of home that you need but can’t take on the plane! Perfect location between the north and south shores. Beautiful grounds are steps away from the beach.

Great property!

My husband and I really enjoyed the property. Everything was clean and new and provided plenty of space. The beach felt almost private and was perfect for a mid-afternoon swim. Overall wonderful place and we'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Excellent stay, beautiful condo!

The condo was absolutely pristine! We’ll stocked in the kitchen and with beach toys/chairs/umbrella/coolers, etc. we had a slight hiccup with the checkin process but Cheryl and Edigio made it right! Highly recommend staying here!

Great Unit with Lots of Extras!

The unit was wonderful! The kitchen was fully stocked with nearly every utensil I could ask for! And the storage closet on the lanai contained four beach chairs, a couple umbrellas, three sets of snorkel gear, and an assortment of floatables for the pool or ocean! We stayed 10 nights and having the washer and dryer was huge! GREAT stay!

Beautiful!

This unit is clean, spacious, and has a fantastic view of the ocean! Everything we needed (beach towels, cooler, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, umbrella, and more) was included! The Lae Nani property is beautiful and well-maintained. The pool is clean and large. Also, this property is right next door to the Coconut Marketplace and Lava Lava. And staying in Kapaa meant we could visit all parts of the island with just a short drive. We are so glad that we rented here!

Family memories

Gorgeous. Comfortable beds. Fabulous view. Very well equipped with linens, kitchen items, beach items and nicely decorated. Suggest perhaps better venting of hot air exhaust from ac.

Lae Nani 337

Our stay was amazing. The views of the ocean and garden area were fabulous and we loved hanging on the patio. The kitchen was well stocked and the property had all off the amenities we needed. It was very clean and was better than we expected. The pool was great too! The ocean has a wave protected swimming area that was perfect for our daughter. The hosts communicated well and were easy to reach when needed. I would not hesitate to stay here again!!

Excellent property, with gorgeous view of ocean

Beautiful top floor condo with all the comforts at home. Our hosts made our evening check-in easy. Was comfortable for two beds that included one Murphy bed in the living room. Views of the beautiful Pacific from the lanai. Would definitely recommend and love to book again! Nice to have food options nearby & ate at Lava Lava one night. Kauai is such a magical island! Thank you Egidio & Cheryl for allowing us to stay in your beautiful piece of paradise!

RETURN VISIT

This was our 2nd visit to the this property and would definitely return. Great central location to see all of Kauai. Beautiful grounds and a great beach and pool. Lava Lava Club next door is a convenient place to eat and listen to live music or you can use the BBQs by the pool to prepare your own dinner. Great views from the condo. All photos are a perfect representation of the property. Communication was great and zero issues. Would love to still be there! Highly recommend this property.
