Come to the Great Smoky Mountains and actually see the mountains. RidgeLine Condo offers sweeping, unobstructed views of undeveloped mountain ridgelines from our top-floor vantage point. You get the feeling of being on top of the world, while still remaining just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, the National Park entrance, Ober Mountain, and Dollywood.

Awesome layout for a family. Three rooms allow 6 guests and privacy. A TV is located in 2 of the bedrooms and the living room. The upstairs loft is accessible by a magical spiral staircase to make you feel like royalty. A 7th person can sleep on the couch. We provide extra linens and blankets. For seven people, location and the view, this is an amazing deal.

We have completely upgraded this condo to be the ultimate, stress-free "basecamp" for families and hikers alike. After a day of exploring the Appalachian Trail, come back and unwind in the resort pools, or enjoy a drink on the balcony while taking in the view.

Want a basecamp for remote work? Features high speed very reliable internet, TVs that allow you to log into your accounts, plus a ton of free TV channels. The main bedroom has a desk and chair for calls. Plus writing that report on the balcony is much more fun with a great view.

Very nice place to stay! Scary drive up and down the mountain but the view is worth it. Lots of bear sightings and one vehicle had a bear bust through their window/sunroof, so don’t leave food or garbage in your car! Very nice place to stay in Gatlinburg! Hosts were amazing and always got back to me right away!

Great stay! The location was absolutely amazing, and we loved being able to enjoy so much wildlife right from our balcony. We saw lots of bears, a coyote, hummingbirds. The sunsets and sunrises were absolutely stunning and made the stay even more special. Checking in was very easy and seamless, and the host was very easy to communicate with. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely love to stay here again!

This was a great stay for my family! Close enough to enjoy all the things, but far enough away to feel in the mountains. We saw so many bears! It was clean, the view was amazing, and the hosts were so easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

We loved it here! Would definitely stay again, the view was great! Loved how close the pool and hot tub were so we didnt have to walk far also how how close we were to gatlinburg without being in gatlinburg was nice!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The property was exactly as advertised—comfortable, and truly family-friendly. The layout worked perfectly for our family.The host was excellent with communication from start to finish, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Perfect place for our family of 5 for our GSMNP vacation. We loved the pool and hot tubs after a day of hiking. The views were beautiful. The kitchen is small, but worked out fine. Communication with the host was great. It’s hard to describe the mountain road up until you’ve experienced it, but our car handled it ok.

Beautiful view! Loved drinking coffee with that scenery in the morning. I would recommend the pool if you have little kids, but not for adults and teens, too small; can’t get away from other’s kids to not be splashed. Hosts were awesome! I had a question on laundry and they got back to me right away and easy instructions for arrival and departure.

Regarding the check-in delay, our cleaning team required an extra 30 minutes to properly prepare the property. To compensate for this brief wait, we immediately and proactively refunded you $50 (10% of your total stay) without you having to ask. Regarding the damage charge, we strictly enforce our no-smoking policy to protect the property and future travelers. After your departure, both our professional cleaning crew and the immediately arriving guests reported a distinct smoke odor—which is a first for our condo. The fee was necessary to cover the immediate deep cleaning required and to financially compensate the next family for the disruption to their vacation. Kevin and Beth

The listing was accurate. The view southwest overlooked pigeon forge. Very good views from the deck. The kitchen was a little smaller than expected but everything was in great condition.

Great location!

We stayed a few nights to celebrate my son’s birthday and the location was perfect! We saw bears on multiple occasions, which was our goal! The condo is close to the main strip as well. Definitely enjoyed our stay!
