Cleanest place I have stayed in a long time

Great condo don’t get me wrong - I was just expecting more action on the green with a concert or something. Never saw anything scheduled. Asked some other renters and they thought the same. The public beach access there is VERY small. It is tent over tent and your tent has to be be behind a certain marker. We chose the public access because the private beach access had steep steps ( we choose to bring a lot to the beach), you weren’t allowed tents at all on the private beach, which we did not realize and the shower at the end of the private beach access did not work. The public access had all we needed - it was just so small and overall crowded. Condo- spot on! Had everything we needed, clean and neighbors were nice.

This condo was a perfect stay for our family. Wonderful shops and restaurants walking distance. 1 mile to a great playground. Easy private beach access and the pool was so warm for us to use! So clean and so beautifully decorated!! This is definitely a place we wouldLove to come back to in the future! 10/10!!!

Beautiful and spacious!

This is our favorite VRBO we've stayed in! It was so beautifully done and decorated and incredibly spacious! We stayed with some friends, and we all had our own private spaces and also had an amazing kitchen/living area to all spend time together! Would definitely rebook this spot in a heartbeat!

Great family stay

Everything was clean and beach access is only a small walk. Other than going to a grocery store you had no reason to drive due to the eating places within walking distance

Great family gathering

Everyone loved our condo and location. Great assistance from the Best beach getaways people. Need a keurig coffee maker for k cups everyone in my family likes different flavored coffee. My twin grandbabies had the best time and loved the beach and waves.

Family Spring Break

Overall, this is a nice property, however there were several things that are worth noting. The master bed is really squishy and uncomfortable. The sheets had hairs on them. I really hope they were washed, and left over from the wash! There must be a mattress topper on it - again really uncomfortable. The pillows are also horrible - really puffy and hard. We brought one pillow from home a piece, but many may not be able to do that. It was nice having a vacuum at the unit, but it didn't work very well. The water filter on the fridge was expired, showing red. You should expect that to be better maintained. The bar chairs are not very comfortable either. They make you slump down making it feel strange. Also, it would be nice if the beds had comforters. They instead had a strange combo of a really thin blanket sandwiched by 2 sheets. The sectional couch was nice for a family to gather and watch tv, but it is in need of a steam cleaning and felt gross. We never found the property pool, and the location directions were a bit confusing. It would help to send photos and an aerial property map. Also, the patio doors didn't have shutters as most of the other units. This made it really awful around 5-6 or so when we were getting dinner ready, as the sun was shooting us all right in the eyes. Counters and cabinets and cabinet handles had food residue/sticky stuff in places. Could do a better job cleaning. Again, nice property overall with nice interior layout.

Nice place. Second stay

We love this place for many reasons. The sleeping accommodations are excellent for a family with tall teen and 20 yr old boys. We like the location a lot.

Perfect Beach Vacation!

We had a fantastic time staying at this property in June with grandparents and kids. Condo was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. You can sit on the balcony and see the ocean, and the beach is a short walk away - cross to the other side of the complex and walk across a small street to get to the beach access. The beach was clean and not crowded, and the water was clear enough to snorkel on calm days. Pools were nearby as well, but we had to ask someone where they were, as a property map would have been nice to have in the info binder. There are many coffee/ ice cream shops, restaurants, and souvenior shops in the complex, so it's super easy to walk to dinner or pick up something for breakfast and lunch. Lots of restaurants within close driving distance as well. Destin and Panama City Beach are a short drive away if you want to do activities like rent jet skis or swim with dolphins or sting rays. I highly recommend this property!

Gulf Place stay

We had a nice stay at this condo overlooking the green space in Gulf Place. It’s nicely furnished and met most of our needs. A couple of things that would have made it really great - 1. the kitchen is minimally outfitted and more worn than one would expect for a new property. It has the basics, but no more, and an old cuisinart coffee maker that leaked onto the counter. 2. The toilet tissue provided was literally as close to notebook paper as it could be. And 3. There was a thin blanket and sheet combo on the bed and not one extra blanket in the entire condo. These are small things, but would’ve probably made this a 5 star review instead of 4.

Perfect girls trip

This condo was perfect! This was our 2nd time at the Gulf Place. We love this area and this condo did not disappoint. It was beautifully decorated, had all of the essentials and we had things to start with upon our arrival (toilet paper, roll of paper towels, small dish soap, etc). This made it nice not to immediately have to run to the store. The beds were comfortable & the view from the balcony was beautiful. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful unit and location! Would have given 5 on all, but there were some dirty dishes in the cabinet that we had to wash. Property management company never sent welcome email, so had to wait on beach and pool codes after leaving a couple messages with them. Would definitely stay again!

This property is located steps away from a beautiful beach. There were several fun restaurants ( mostly casual) within walking distance. Would highly recommend!
