Second Closest House to the South Beach Entrance

This perfect vacation home is the SECOND closest house to the South Beach Entrance- in just mere 4 minutes you will be walking on a white sandy beaches and swimming in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico

The house offers 3 bedrooms- two with King Size and one with two Twin Size beds. The master en-suite has a large walk-in closet, dual sinks, and a stand up shower. The glass sliders open onto a beautiful lanai where you can have your morning coffee or take a dip in a pool. The other two bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house and have an adjacent bathroom with a tub.

Full, modern kitchen with quartz countertop and recently updated appliances will provide plenty of space for your most delectable meals. The dining room area offers ample space for your meals as a group.

Living room has a pull out couch that can provide some additional sleeping space. Find your favorite spot on the sofa, turn on the flat-screen TV and host a family movie night.

Slide open the sliding glass door and step out onto private lanai with a heated pool, new Weber grill, high-top seating along with lounge chairs. It’s a fantastic place to spend the day – swimming, lounging, grilling.

Think of everything you could possibly want in your dream vacation home and you’ll find it here. There’s air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, a washer and dryer, free wi-fi, linens and towels. You’ve also got beach essentials including beach towels, beach wagon, chairs, cooler, and umbrellas for your short walk to the beach. There are 7 bikes for variety of ages along with helmets and one Schwin wagon attachment for bike that fits 2 children. Nuna sleep crib can be provided as well.

Just a short walk- 0.7miles (14min) takes you to Marco Golf and Garden, a miniature golf course in the midst of an award-winning garden, as well as Marco Walk Plaza, where you’ll find movie theaters, specialty shops, fine dining (Oyster Society, Marco Prime, Pinchers, Dolce Mare) and much more. Sunset Grille is just a 0.2miles (4min) walk and Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort and Spa is within 13 min walk. Live a true island life and leave those car keys upon your check in.

Such a lovely stay!! Not only was the house absolutely lovely, the hosts; David and Elena are simply the nicest, most accommodating hosts you could possibly ask for. The location was perfect. Easy walk to the beach. :-)

This stay was just what we needed. Super close to the beach, and the pool was awesome. The neighborhood is really quiet, and the house had everything for a perfect beach day—chairs, cooler, carts, and best of all, bikes! We loved riding them around the neighborhood and to the beach. Definitely recommend, and we’ll be back soon!

Awesome house close to the beach!

Had a wonderful time with our family (2 adults, 4 kids under 11). Easy walk to the beach and had all the amenities needed to support a beach vacation. Pool on site, beach wagons and chairs, umbrellas, coolers, kids toys, etc. Would definitely stay again!

Trip to Marco Island

Loved everything about our stay. Starting with letting us check in early to sending laundry detergent via Amazon. The host was great and so is the house. The pool was exactly what the kids wanted. The beach supplies were a bonus and the proximity to the beach could not have been better.

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very cute and clean. The garage is stocked with lots of great beach gear. Location to the south public beach entrance could not be better!

Great beach house

This was a very relaxing stay, so close to the beach. The house was equipped with all that was needed for us to have a great day at the beach. We also had breakfast at Doreen’s which the owner recommended and it was awesome. Bed was super comfy and the owner was very easy to communicate with over text. Great stay, if you are looking for a nice weekend to relax at the beach, this is definitely a good pick.

Perfect location and home

What a well equipped house. Toys for the kids, everything you need for the beach and pool and walkable to the beach and restaurant. The kids absolutely loved it and so did the adults. Can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful property!

We had an excellent stay at this property! Book this (very close to the beach) home. They have everything you need to take to the beach which is very helpful when flying in. Owners had open communication with is for the entire stay. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

In one word PERFECT

One of the most good to stay at Marco Island. The house is awesome and have all facilities to stay one week or more. Very good communication with owners. For me this stay have 5 starts.

Another Amazing Marco Island trip

The house was amazing and only 1/4 mile to the sand! The host (David) had the house stocked very well with ALL the basic household needs and EVERYTHING you need for a beach vacation! The private pool and bikes were a plus! We greatly enjoyed “The Second Closest House to The South Beach Entrance” and we would definitely stay again! Thanks David. You were the best host!

Great family getaway

We traveled to this home with our adult children and 2 young grandchildren. Walkable location to the beach was perfect for us at this time with ages of grandchildren. The beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys were a plus. Enjoyed the pool in the afternoons. Home was exactly as portrayed on the website and owners were very responsive when we had a few questions. Beautiful House

The location of the house is very close to public beach access, about a 5 min walk. We really appreciated the beach accessories that was provided for our trip. It made the traveling so much easier especially with young kids. The cleanliness and size of the house was perfect for our family of 8. Kids loved the pool, No complaints!

My best experience for Marco Island

Our experience was amazing. The owner is always available to our requests. Location is espectacular, just 2 block from beach! Only thing was missing a bigger tv in master room., but the rest just what you need to have a blast! Definitely we will return soon. Thank you David ( owner)

We are a family of 6 who loves the sun, beach, water, and nature. With four little kids, the location was essential upon us choosing this property - its only 4 min walk to the beautiful beach that kids really enjoy- just pack all your essentials in a wagon and you can even come home for snacks or lunch.

Our dream was to have a vacation rental that is easy, close to the beach and worry-free. We provide all the essentials- beach towels, coolers, chairs, umbrellas, bikes (in all sizes) for your everyday needs. The kitchen comes fully stocked.

You cannot beat the location of this property- the Second closest house to the most popular beach entrance on the Island. The best restaurants, spa and mini-golf are all within 10 min walk.
