Bring the whole gang for a quintessential Cape Cod getaway at this adorable and spacious bungalow. Grab your towels and beach chairs, as we’re less than a half-mile from Falmouth Heights Beach. Rent bikes and tour the town or fly a kite on the ocean bluffs of Falmouth Harbor, just minutes away on foot. Kids will enjoy the inlet with its teeming sea life, especially the fish and little crabs, which spend their time along its shallow shores. Numerous restaurants are within walking distance for easy access when you're hungry. Wander in and out of the many boutiques, shops, and stores in the town, finding the right souvenir to take home. Just a 4-minute walk away, the Island Queen ferry takes you across the bay to Martha's Vineyard. Stroll past the Falmouth Yacht Club and Harbor (12 minutes on foot), watching the gorgeous boats and yachts coming in and out of the marina. If you’re feeling adventurous, charter your own morning fishing boat or afternoon tour around the Vineyard Sound.

Cozy and comfy, the living room invites you to kick off your shoes and put your feet up, snuggling in on the couch, love seat, or leather recliner. Pop in a movie on the 40” smart TV with DVD player and enjoy a quiet night in -- there’s room for nine to gather together here. Cooking is a breeze thanks to full-size stainless steel appliances, ample granite counter space, and extras like a coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, and toaster. Gather for meals at the dining table just off the kitchen. Send the kids to the fully finished basement to play foosball or watch their own shows on the 50” smart TV. The entertainment system is stocked with board games for a family game night. Stay caught up on laundry with the washer and dryer in the basement laundry room.

On the main floor, the first bedroom has a queen-size bed and large closet for storage, while the second bedroom comes with a queen-size bed, couch, and large windows letting in lots of natural light. Guests have access to a main-floor half bath featuring classic beadboard wainscoting, a pedestal sink, and a large vanity mirror. Upstairs, guests will rest easy in the third bedroom offering a queen-size bed, a 32” smart TV, and lots of windows. In the fourth bedroom, you’ll find a queen-size bed and a small closet, while the fifth bedroom offers a queen-size bed. All the upstairs bedrooms share a full bath with a tiled tub/shower combination. Each bedroom also has a window A/C unit for the warmer months.

Let the kids burn off their energy in the big fenced yard, while you sit on the large patio. The yard also has an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
