Place was amazing and looks just like the pictures. We will stay here again next time we are in town. Beds were very comfortable and beach gear and bikes were very useful. Great location!

Great location, easy parking, and check in instructions. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and amenities. There is plenty of beach gear and surf equipment. We had a couple questions and the hosts got back to us immediately and issues were resolved quickly.

Great Beach Vacation!

Lovely place, great views of the ocean and you can hear the waves. Very comfortable and nice decor. Quick walk to the beach. Had so much fun and very relaxing!

Beach Bliss

We had a wonderful time at Peter & Cathy’s place in San Clemente! The property is just as it appears on the website. Very comfortable for 2 people! Bed was super comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked and the proximity to the beach and town, with all its great restaurants and shops, was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Ocean View - Perfect Family Friendly!

Our family of 4 adored this property so close to the beach and pier and near all the amenities. We had the fortunate experience of staying during the annual festival and were close to everything! We will stay here every time we are in the area and cannot wait to return! Thank you so much for the memories.

Perfect beach getaway

Great location to walk to beach or town. The beach chairs and bikes included were great! Unit was very comfortable and well stocked. Absolutely everything we needed for a quick beach vacation.

Best stay in San Clemente

Just a short walk and you are right on the beach. Amenities are top notch, with outdoor showers, beach equipment, they even have shampoo and conditioner on the shower. Everything was so clean and in great condition. We will be back, thanks for a great stay!

Staying with friends is the way to be. They had all the stuff in to have a great beach Vacation including surf boards and boogie boards. More amenities better price. hotel

Great Getaway in San Clemente!

We had a nice 4 night stay. They had everything we needed. Nothing short of perfect. Wish we could of stayed longer. We would love to come back.

Wife's birthday stay

This is pet friendly which worked out great & less stressful for us. Great location & the unit was very clean & well equipped. Highly recommend.

Wow

Great place to stay. My boyfriend and I were so surprised how great the stay was. Definitely one of the best rentals I’ve stayed in. Location, kitchen and amenities were nicer than I expected. We already booked our stay for next month.

Fun in the sun

The property was absolutely beautiful and in a great location to restaurants and shopping. Cathy and Pete really did a great job decorating the condo and providing us with a 5 star stay. My husband and I do a lot of traveling and this was by far the nicest place we’ve stayed

Lots of extras!!

We had a great time in San Clemente. We have visited San Clemente multiple times. We loved this condo and its location with its ocean view and close proximity to the beach. It was awesome to have a lot of fun beach equipment and bikes available to use. Thanks for a fun stay!

Grandson’s BDay

Have stayed in SC many times it is one of our “happy places “! First time staying at this property. Location is ideal as both the “Bowl” and downtown are very walkable. The property was immaculate and the hosts engaged.

Great space for 2 and great location

This place was a great location to shops and restaurants and most of all the beach. There were beach chairs etc and towels to take the beach. The place was clean and had all the accessories for cooking if you wanted to to do. The owners were very nice and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

The Best!
