Don’t forget about the gorgeous kitchen and pantry stocked with all the necessary culinary items. The house features a large primary bedroom with a king size bed, desk, sitting area, a walk-in closet and the tiled bathroom with multiple showering options and floor to ceiling glass. The large back bedroom has a queen size bed, desk, walk-in closet and sitting area with access to the backyard. The third bedroom has a queen bed, full closet and access via slider to the pool area. Each bedroom has its own flat screen smart TV, bathrobes and pool towels. Please note that there is an additional cost of $75/day for pool heating and spa only heating at $30/day, or $100/day for both. Recommended (Oct-April).

Early check-in and late check-out requests are $50 for the 1st hour and $75 for up to 2 hours on a case-by-case basis if available.
