This beautiful two bedroom/two bathroom condo will make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Its fully equipped kitchen will serve any cooking needs if desired. Our spacious balcony which overviews the city and the ocean, will let you enjoy sunrises and sunsets. We hope you enjoy your stay and make your vacation memorable!
The minimum age of guest that is booking the property should be 25 years old. After we accept the reservation please provide immediately the names of ALL the guest that must be Registered on the hotel before the check in. Otherwise we have to cancel the reservation if we don’t have the information 24 hours before the arrival date .
Restaurant / bar on 9th floor by the pool, as well as sushi bar / tapas restaurant overlooking the beach (beach level). Luxurious spa, enéma, in building. Full gym with ocean views. Kitchen stocked with kitchenware for all your cooking needs. In-suite bathrooms have clean towels and robes. The views from this unit are breathtaking!!
Our unit has high speed internet and cable tv in both suites and in the living room.
Garbage disposal of the apartment: at the beginning of the apartment corridor, near the elevator there is a door for the disposal of garbage.
Continuing our efforts to properly secure the building and avoid violation of the rules and regulations. The Association will charge you a penalty for any of the following incidents:

Throwing things off the balcony $750 and the authorities will be called, the association will press charges against all responsible parties.
Exceeding occupancy limit or having parties in the unit $500 and guests will be escorted out of the building.
Pulling a fire alarm station $500.
Damage to doors or hallways $500.
Smoking in the room $250.
No loud noise after 10 PM.

Pick a wristband at the front desk for the beach chairs, use Stefano beach 3 min walk . A fee of $30 includes 2 chairs per day (towels will be given to you by the pool, which have to be returned)
