Come and make treasured memories at the ocean front, Top Shelf Beach Condo located at Amelia by the Sea! Wake up to beautiful, panoramic sunrises from the top floor, enjoy sipping your favorite beverage from the lanai, stroll the 13-mile-long beach or simply grab a chair and chill. The ocean front pool is irresistibly refreshing, the only suit required on Amelia Island is your bathing suit!
If you’d like to try fishing, grab a pole and head out on the exclusive pier available to only Amelia by the Sea residents. Tennis and pickle ball courts are located on site so bring your rackets. Wrap up your days with gorgeous sunsets over the oak trees, the 7th floor provides expansive views of the island.
If you decide to venture beyond the gates of the condo, Amelia Island is filled with opportunities to explore, dine and play. Let us help you plan – we live a few minutes from the condo and will be eager to assist you with your vacation needs and help you vacation like a local.

In the kitchen:
Filtered water osmosis system in kitchen – no need for bottled water
Basic seasonings
Non-stick cooking spray
Creamer and sugar packets
Paper towels (one extra under the sink)

Nice condo, beautiful views

We had a nice stay in this condo. Had some issues with the building (elevator broke, pickleball court was non-functional) but otherwise it was a great place for a relaxing beach vacation. Our host was very communicative and the unit was clean and well-kept.

Top Shelf is Tops!

Our second time staying at Top Shelf and hopefully will not be our last. Everything was perfect for our stay: check in is easy, condo is immaculate, the building and grounds are very well maintained, the location is great, but the icing on the cake is the view. I could (and did) sit on the balcony for hours. Also, the property has a pretty long pier, great for fishing or getting a walk in by the ocean without having to touch sand. For a relaxing, stress free vacation, it’s perfect.

Kim, the owner, was great to work with. The fishing pier gave us hours of fun, and the beach walk right in front of the property was terrific.

Definitely Top Shelf

We had a wonderful two week stay. From extra hooks for hanging jackets to warm throws for cool mornings, the unit was loaded with household items and supplies so we could simply enjoy being there. Our host was welcoming, gracious and shared lots of information to make our first trip to the island a great experience.

Kim has been involved real estate sales, property management and concierge services for locals and visitors for over 15 years. Brad works for the Fernandina Beach Fire Department.
