You'll be immediately greeted by the native balmy breezes of Vieques, take a dip in our pool surrounded by colorful flowers and coconut palms, stroll along the semi-private beach, take a dip in the tranquil crystal-clear Caribbean Ocean. This downstairs rental sleeps 6 people and is perfect for families. The entire estate is surrounded by a concrete wall with gated entrance, private beach access, Wi-Fi and workspace.

This beach house was outstanding from start to finish. The location is excellent, the beach is beautiful, and everything about the property was exactly as advertised—if not better. The home was clean, comfortable, and clearly well cared for.The host and staff were absolutely helpful and provided invaluable local recommendations that made our stay even better. Communication was easy, and everything felt seamless from check-in to check-out.Every detail was dialed in, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll absolutely be coming back and highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed the three bedrooms with a/c, 2 bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Property location was great and central. Owner and property manager were fantastic to deal with. Overall really enjoyed our stay!

Viequez Break

This is a wonderful place to stay with your family or friends. We stayed in lower level ( 4 adults). We had a Jeep and were there for 3 nights. We never cooked, but the kitchen has everything you need if you wanted. You are 6 min drive to town and about 15-20 mins from many beautiful beaches. The beach right in front is quiet. Perfect to have coffee in the morning. You wake up and go to bed with the sound of the ocean. The property has plenty of beach chairs, towels, umbrella and coolers. Greg was a fantastic host. Plan to be back again

Tranquil Beach Getaway

We spent four days at the Sand’s downstairs unit. It had three well appointed bedrooms all with AC and ceiling fans. My boys enjoyed the pool, occasional lizards and iguanas. The beach is quiet and secluded. The boys found treasures like sea glass, coconuts and sea shells. We rented a jeep and spent everyday exploring the wilderness refuge. I wanted a quiet place away from the tourist scene and the Sands fit the bill. You can get anywhere on the island in 20 minutes or less. We hope to be back soon!

Beautiful Property

Enjoyed our island paradise at Sands Beachfront. Check in was very smooth, place is as described. We were in the lower level and met some very nice people staying in upper level. Plenty of room for all of us. Wouldn't hesitate to book this again.

Wonderful Place

Our party of six (grandparents, parents, kids age 7 and 11) had a great visit. The locations is ideal. The pool and the beach were very nice. On calm water days, we were able to paddle board and snorkel from the beach in front of the house. Convenient access to Isabel II for groceries, ice cream, etc. we stayed in the downstairs portion of the villa and found it very clean and comfortable.

Vieques beach

6 adults stayed for a 3 day visit. Property was as presented, clean accommodating with beach access. Property is gated and private with a nice private pool. It is a 2 unit, but still very private. Host was very helpful with recommendations to restaurants, excursions etc. This was our 1st time to Vieques. We spent most of our time in the Esperanza area, 10 - 15 minutes by car.

Outstanding accommodation and host!

Greg is as good as it gets. Responsive, thoughtful, helpful and prompt. Couldn't of asked for a better host. He takes pride in this property and attention to detail is un-comprimised. Coming back for sure. View is gorgeous Access to beach is literally steps away. Great beds, linens, towels, kitchen...the works. Great stay. Thank you!

Fantastic Oceanfront Home!

Greg was very kind and helpful- really enjoyed meeting him! The house is fantastic, right by the beach with amazing views and private access. Our group loved snorkeling at the beach and finding sea glass. The pool is great and the location is both private and close to town. We booked both the upstairs and down and this worked great for our group, to be both together and separate. We love Vieques and would love to book this house again when we return! Highly recommend!

Amazing Property and Host. This place is a must if traveling to Visques!

The property is Amazing. From the house being fully air conditioned, to the pool and easy access to the beach. The house had a fire extuginsher as well as smoke detectors, which is something you dont see in many of these rentals. Great location with pretty much everything on the island within 15 minutes! The host Greg was phenomenal. If you need ANYTHING just ask him. He knows who to contact to get you what you need or want to do. By far the best host I have ever had. This is a dual unit property, with an upstairs and a downstairs unit. Plenty of space for everyone. An outdoor grill and a fully furnished kitchen! Every time we went down to the beach we were the only ones on it! The kids loved it. I will say that the beach is good for snorkeling but kind of rough at times. One of our favorite parts was the outdoor shower when returning from the beach, its soo nice being able to wash away all the sand from yourself! Being on the island we had to explore other beaches as well. Sun Bay beach was great for just casual swimming but not so much for snorkeling. The beach on the west coast near Playa Punta Arenas was great for both swimming and snorkeling. The waves were very calm. If I ever come back to Visques, I will be staying at a property ran by Greg! He is amazing. If coming over from the main land it may be benifitial to get groceries there...and just pack in a cooler and bring over on the ferry! Island stores are EXPENSIVE!. Just down the road is a Ricon Del Cafe (like 2 minutes) and they have amazing breakfast! We also really enjoyed Duffys! Again, everyting about this property is amazing. The views, the location, the amenities, and the host! Top notch! There is also washers and dryers with pool and beach accessories! On a side note. When you book and if coming over from the main island, ensure you immediatly go online and get your ferry tickets! They sell out fast. If you have any trouble just reach out to Greg!

Beach get away

The property is securely nestled right next to what amounts to a private beach. Greg has created a perfect get away. The views and relaxation are excellent and the while we only stayed a week, we didn’t get to explore all the island had to offer

Spring Stay

Amazing. If I could give Greg a 10 out of 5 I would do so. Host- went OVERBOARD. b/c of flight cancellations my in-laws (in their mid 70s) arrived prior to us (family of 4). They had no idea what was going on. Greg went above and beyond to make sure they were taken care of (from rental car, to grocery, lunch, wifi....). Vieques- yes yes yes. Our first time on the island, very beautiful. Underdeveloped (in a good way!). Just amazing. The House- clean, good size for the 6 of us. Great outdoor space. Props to the management---bug less as far as we could tell (...and there is vegetation all over!). Everything worked fine (stove, fridge, AC....) Location- easy access to the entire island- 15 min drive to nearly anywhere you'd want to go. HIGHLY recommend it. Would definitely go back (and all of us hope to do so!) 2 Grandparents, 2 adults, 2 teens

AMAZING!!!!

This is a beautiful property in an amazing location! The combination of beachfront + pool was fantastic. The snorkeling is great right off the beach, not to mention endless empty beaches around the island for variety. We found the house comfortable and relaxing. Greg is attentive, communicative, and readily available. We plan to return!
