The space

You'll arrive at Mermaid's Delight to find a large open-covered bonus space with a picnic table and bench for hanging out on those hot summer days. Under the stairs leading to the front door you will find a treasure trove of beach toys and chairs to enjoy during your stay.

As you ease through the front door with electronic keypad access, you will first find the main level bedroom on your left, which boasts 2 twins over full bunk beds, then on your right, you will find the main level full bathroom as you make your way to the open kitchen, dining, and living room.

From the open common area, you can go through one of two large sliding glass doors that invite you to relax on the first-level deck. You can easily walk through the gate on the main level deck, and down the stairs to find yourself with two great options: jump in the pool or walk onto the beach (can't go wrong!).

Back inside the house, head upstairs to the second level to find the back bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed attached to a Jack-and-Jill full bathroom shared with the 2nd master bedroom. Down the hall, you will pass the washer/dryer laundry closet as you arrive at the 2nd master bedroom. Enjoy full ocean views from the 2nd master bedroom while you relax in the king-size bed or twin day bed, or open the large sliding glass door to spend some time on the second-level deck watching for your mermaid friends! Across the hall is the master bedroom with a private full ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom includes a luxurious king-size bed, workspace, and a large sliding glass door to the second-level balcony.

Tandem parking is located under the house and on the driveway for up to 4 vehicles.
Other things to note
Home rental includes linens, pillows, comforters, and blankets. Bed linens, kitchen, and bath towels are provided by a 3rd party service delivered to the home upon your arrival. Beach towels are not included in the rental.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to prepare and enjoy your meals, however, no consumable products (oil, coffee, etc.) are provided for the health and safety of our guests.

All bedrooms include TVs with Rokus for you to stream your preferred subscription service. House boasts mesh WiFi throughout powered by HTC Fiber 500Mbpsx500Mbps internet. Most other homes in the neighborhood only have 20Mbps cable internet.

10 houses share the private pool, which is heated from April through October.
