The open plan living area is arranged for shared downtime, with comfortable seating, a flat screen television, ceiling fan, and direct connection to a furnished balcony. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and generous counter space. A breakfast bar provides additional seating for casual meals and conversation.



The primary suite has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with dual sinks, a large soaking tub, and a separate walk in shower. Glass doors connect the bedroom to a covered balcony with outdoor seating and views across the green grounds, giving you a quiet place to start or end the day.



The second bedroom also has a king bed, a flat screen television, closet storage, and ceiling fan. The third bedroom contains two full size beds, a flat screen television, closet storage, and ceiling fan, making it useful for children, friends, or guests who prefer separate beds. The second bathroom has a bathtub and shower combination.



A washer and dryer are located inside the condo, and air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, Wi Fi, towels, bed linens, hairdryers, an iron, and an ironing board are provided. A Pack and Play and high chair can be arranged upon request. The condo is smoke free and pet free.

Guests receive the full address and a secure access code prior to check-in - no need to pick up keys or stop at the front desk.



Guest Access:

You have access to the entire condo, both private balconies, the open living and kitchen areas, the in unit laundry, and parking in the gated Reunion Resort community. Elevator access serves the second floor, and free parking is available in the garage and on the street where permitted by community rules.



A pool access card is provided for access to eight resort pools and the fitness center. Two Heritage Crossing pools are within walking distance. Resort facilities are shared, and access remains subject to community operating hours and rules. The Reunion waterpark, golf courses, and tennis courts are excluded from this reservation.



Keypad self check-in means there is no front desk key pickup. The final address and access instructions are sent two days before arrival. Maximum occupancy is six guests, including children. Pets, smoking, parties, events, and unapproved visitors are not permitted.



The Neighborhood:

Heritage Crossing is a gated neighborhood within Reunion Resort, surrounded by landscaped lawns, palm trees, walking paths, covered balconies, and manicured golf course style grounds. The setting gives you a quieter place to return to after long attraction days while keeping resort pools, dining, and Central Florida activities within reach.



Two Heritage Crossing pools are walkable from the condo, and the wider resort provides access to eight pools and a fitness center with the required access card. On site restaurants and bars offer dining options within the resort community. Guest reviews also mention convenient nearby essentials such as Publix, Wawa, Starbucks, pharmacies, shops, and restaurants.



Disney parks are approximately six miles away, while Orlando International Airport is about 27 miles from the condo. Travel times vary with traffic and park routes, so plan for a car when visiting multiple attractions, shopping areas, or restaurants beyond the resort. The location works especially well for families who want separate bedrooms, pool time, kitchen meals, and laundry between outings. If your plans include the Reunion waterpark, golf, or tennis, arrange those separately because those facilities are not included.



Getting Around:

For the most convenient experience, we highly recommend renting a car during your stay, However the resort is easy for uber and lyft services to get in and out of. There is a shuttle servcie iffered on a first come first serve basis and a costs per person is charged.



Other Things to Note:

⚠️ Please note: Access to the Reunion waterpark, golf courses, and tennis courts is not included. You may try to book tee times at Golf Now website. There are no BBQ grills allowed at the condos. Be sure to ask about our discount theme park tickets.



Interaction with Guests:

You can check in after 16:00 (4 PM) using the secure keypad and check out before 10:00. Quiet hours begin at 9 pm-9 am helping protect the peaceful residential setting for everyone in the community. Instructions will be sent to you prior to your arrival
