Et andet stort familieværelse (16 'X 28') har et underholdningscenter med et 42 'LED / HD fladskærms-tv, DVD / VCR-afspiller, sovesofa i fuld størrelse og åbner mod en soldæk. Dette område er perfekt til børnebørn eller ser et andet tv-program. Det store soveværelse har en king size seng, LED / HD fladskærms-tv og fuld bad. George was great! Super attentive and very welcoming! The house was amazing and perfect for our family of 4. The beach was our backyard and it was so convenient that there were chairs and an umbrella to use. We wished we could have stayed longer! Thank you George! We hope to be back one day soon!

Gorgeous home right on the beach

The home was beautiful and well stocked. The beach was right off the back patio. Everything was so clean. We are already planning our trip back there next year!

Beautiful Oceanfront View!

Steps from a beautiful, uncrowded beach. We had a wonderful time. The condo is lovely and very comfortable, had everything we needed. Owner was easy to communicate with. Would love to return here for another vacation.

Family vacation in Melbourne Beach

The perfect place to stay! We are a family of 4, with children 20 & 19. This is really the ideal property and I highly recommend this property. It had everything we needed, beach chairs to laundry - and amazing views from the balcony. You are on the beach in 15 seconds! Great communication with the owner and everything was as promised - we would love to stay there again!!

Beautiful Beach, Safe, and Gorgeous!

We stayed at this townhouse for a full month in January. It had everything you needed for a full month stay. The owner was very communicative and the house was fully updated and very clean. Literally steps to a beautiful beach. The sunrises were beautiful and watching the space launches from the porch was a great experience! We felt very safe in the area. I would rent again in a heartbeat!

Fabulous Property!

My husband and I spent a month over Christmas and New Year in this wonderful condo on the beach. We were warmly welcomed with a lovely card, chocolates, and bottle of wine! The unit had festive holiday decorations in place making it feel very much like home! We prepared most of our meals in the unit and were very grateful the kitchen was so well equipped. We had a fabulous experience and appreciated George being such a gracious and responsive host!

Wonderful on the Ocean

This is a wonderful home on the beach. Just a short walk to the Ocean. Quiet neighborhood but still close to restaurants and shops. Great communication with the owner. The home was very clean. The master bed is in a loft with its own bathroom and plenty of closet space. You have a view of the ocean on both floors. Very nice larger size TVs on both floors. Steps to the beach that has a level spot for walking.

Snow Birds from Michigan

My wife and I spent a month here and really enjoyed the this townhouse unit. It was very clean and had all the items necessary for our stay. We were welcomed with flowers, wine and a box of cancy. Being able to walk out the patio to the beach was great for us, as we walked the beach almost daily. The proximity to Publix and many eating places was very convenient. We greatly appreciated George's prompt response to any question we had.

The beach really is that close!

This was our first beach vacation since the pandemic began and we loved it! The beach was as pretty as the pictures. The location was great as it was close enough to “stuff” without feeling the least bit crowded and we felt very safe. You really can watch a rocket launch from the deck! The house was clean, well kept, and well furnished. It was very comfortable, it quickly felt like home. The communication with the owner was great and the whole check in process was seamless. He even gave us restaurant recommendations which were appreciated and accurate. We would definitely go back and at 37 degrees at home right now we wish we were still there! Helen and Tom

Outstanding Ocean Front Condo with Front Condo - Amazing Views + Quiet Beach 50 steps away!

If you are looking for a beautiful condo on the Atlantic with a stunning views and a quiet beach…this Opus Melbourne Beach condo is for you! We had a fantastic week and couldn’t be more pleased with the condo, it’s location, and it’s cleanliness. As the photos show, the condo has new high-end updates throughout, including the entire first floor, the kitchen and all of the bathrooms. It’s beautiful. It’s great for family sharing since there is even a large separate living room and office area on the second level. The only thing I would say is that you have to be okay with some stairs because there are several levels. It wasn’t an issue for us and the views from the second level deck are absolutely stunning. The host, George, is wonderful to work with and is very responsive to any questions. We recommend this rental.

Beautiful beachfront view and great location!

This townhouse has a beautiful first floor patio for easy access to the beach along with a second-floor balcony to watch a space launch at night. The sight and sound of the ocean is awesome. You will love this beach getaway. Melbourne Beach is a great location with a cozy small town feel with great restaurants. George(owner) was very attentive to all our questions and always prompt with a response. We miss the beach already and hope we can return someday soon.

Roaring Waves!

This townhouse gab us the bets of both worlds - a first floor patio for easy access to the backyard & beach— and a lovely second floor balcony for optimal view of the ocean. If you love the sound of roaring waves and would enjoy waking up to a beautiful sunrise, this is a great place to be! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely townhome.

wonderful two months

We just spent two months in this beachside townhome. If you love the ocean and would like to see it and hear it 24-7 this is the place! Our second stay here was even better than the first. All our needs were met by the unit, the amicable owner; and the lovely area. We love sports and they are all available here-swimming-biking-tennis etc. We also found the diversity of restaurants in the area outstanding. We are looking forward to returning to returning to the luxurious town home on the ocean.

Wonderful month

Biking on A1A-tennis at beautiful Ryckman Park-full moon over the ocean from the spectacular deck. A very comforable condo with all the amenities. Directly on a world class semi-private beach. I have lived on Maui-Oahu-Malibu-none surpass this laid back Oceanside retreat. I look forward to returning!!

Weekend beach getaway (Thurs-Monday)

Super townhouse on Melbourne beach easily accessed from Orlando airport - we rented a car. Slider doors open right out onto beach dunes. We loved that we could walk for miles in either direction along the remarkably clean beach - lots of wildlife to watch, beachfishing to enjoy and a haven for surfers with rough surf. The town house is wonderfully equiped and very clean with fresh linens (bedding and towels). Wifi works well and there's a choice of flat screen TV's if you feel the need. We cooked in one evening and there was more than adequate amount of modern utensils, pots and serving ware for six people. There is a Publix supermarket nearby and downtown Melbourne is about a 7 minute car ride away - parking is easy and there are many restaurants and shops to visit. We ate at Meg O'Malley's Pub/Restaurant on saturday evening, food was good and entertainment very lively. There are many art galleries/shops in the Eau Gallie area of Melbourne - it's well worth a visit for a stroll! All in all, I would highly recommend this property and area, we definately plan on visiting again.

Beautiful area!

Our vacation was wonderful! The townhouse had easy access to the private beach. The view was incredible! Getting up in the morning and looking out from the balcony only invites one to grab a coffee and stare out at the beautiful sunrise from the patio or the stairway down to the beach. Truly mesmerizing. The townhouse was very nice and beautifully furnished. Beds were comfortable, and showers hot. What more could you ask for? We had a great vacation!

Girls Getaway

We rented this beautiful condo for a girls getaway and it was absolutely perfect. The condo was beautiful, the beds comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies needed to prepare meals if you so desire. The view from the condo is breathtaking and the sounds of the ocean very relaxing. It was close to restaurants and grocery stores. All in all in was the perfect getaway.

Great spot

Our stay was outstanding. Plenty of sleep room, hot water and easy direct access to a basically private beach. The location is perfect and close proximity to many excellent restaurants. The owner was very easy to contact and issued wonderful directions/ guidance for the rental. We had a great amazing week for our first stay on Melbourne Beach!

We were extremely pleased with the ocean view from both the lower and 2nd level. The property is well furnished and many nice amenities provided: quality linens and ample supply, small appliances, WIFI, washer and dryer and attached garage. Furnishings were in great condition and attractively furnished. We enjoyed our stay and have booked again for next year.

Fran and George live in Miami and wanted a less hectic spot to retreat to on down time with their family. They found this perfect spot with a near private beach which provided amenities that they had become accustomed to. Their beach house has grocery stores and restaurants with-in 2 miles in either direction and a golf course with-in 1 mile distance. During this past year, we renovated the downstairs with porcelain tile floors, new kitchen cabinets, quartzite countertops, stainless steel appliances, new half bath, etc. We love it!

Our beach house is located in Melbourne Beach , a typical beachy small community on the Atlantic with small shops, grocery stores and several eating places. The city of Melbourne has a quaint olde town housing many small shops, restaurants and a vibrant night life. Outside the city is a modern, upscale shopping mall with big name stores. The proximity to shopping, museums, international airports (Melbourne, Orlando) and other attractions make it a wonderful place to live and vacation.

Privacy of the beach a few steps from your front door. During the summer months, giant turtles come ashore to lay their eggs each night. All year, dolphins are spotted chasing schools of fish near shore. Closeness to Disney, NASA Space Center, Brevard Zoo (zip lining for the brave), fishing, water sports, etc. are appealing.
