Built in 1854, this charming garden apartment is nestled on quiet Pulaski Square. You will appreciate the lovingly restored interiors that blend historic charm with modern luxury appointments.

This charming garden level apartment, is the perfect retreat packed with history and charm. The original historic beams and decorative brick fireplace, bring so much character to this quaint space. The thoughtfully chosen furnishings create a comfortable place to relax, and catch-up after a long day exploring the beautiful city. No detail was sparred while remodeling the kitchen - you'll have all of the modern conveniences one could ask for!

The quaint bedroom is at the front of the apartment, featuring a queen size bed, and spacious closet. Just a cross the hall, a reading room can be found, perfect for those who need to catch up on work, or relax away from their party.

Start your day of exploration through the squares as you venture down Barnard Street, that leads all the way to the river front. You’ll be a short walk from the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist, Forsyth Park, and so many other well known monuments and venues in Savannah.

Such a pretty place

Very impressed with this vrbo! Heads up, there is an entire second part to the booking that we had no idea about and it was not mentioned in the description. Coming in with just females, it worried us because a door was left open, which led to stairs and another door (which was also unlocked). The locks only locked on the other sides of both! Scary! I did call the property and luckily, nobody was staying upstairs and someone was sent out the next day to lock the doors up. Still overall impressed and would definitely stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was clean and well maintained. Location ideal for downtown activities and walking the town. Good service by property managers. It would be helpful if the property had hangers in the exceptionally large closet, hooks to hang jackets, etc. and towel racks/hooks for bath and hand towels. PLEASE NOTE - this location is below another rental and you can hear everything upstairs; we had very late night partiers one night - management addressed timely. The walls and floors are very thin so be cautious and aware that you will hear people coming, going, talking, etc. All in all; location great, suite very nice. Would be a 5 star, if not for noise.

With renters upstairs, we were able to hear every conversation held, let alone footsteps and music. Luckily we only overlapped for one night. Rental Security-1. We were in a safe locale and felt relatively comfortable, however the back door remained unlocked the entire trip as it did not have a key to lock it with and did not notice until the final 24 hours. Front door also required being locked by key on the inside, and gave us some trouble at first so leaving was a small inconvenience.

Excellent location

This was the ideal location to launch your exploration of Savannah. The property itself is huge, adequately appointed and reasonably priced considering the location. My only suggestion would be to check out bathtub drainage issue. It does, but very slowly.

Great place for a couple

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location. Seems to have been recently remodeled. Very clean. Needs some wall decor, though. TV didn't work, did not appear to actually be connected to any signal source. Biggest fault - no towel bars in bathroom. Some instruction on how to use the fireplaces would have been nice. Overall this is a great place to stay and we had a wonderful time exploring the city on foot and public transportation then returning to this comfortable apartment.
