This inviting villa, affectionately named Coastal Cottage, is situated in Mount Pleasant's charming Old Village District. Stroll the quaint streets and admire historic homes, or pop inside the eclectic boutiques that line Pitt Street one mile away. There, you'll find the Pitt Street Bridge; pack a picnic and watch the sunset over the city.

Alhambra Hall is also just a mile away, so this home is an excellent choice if you're in town for a wedding. You'll be three miles from the sandy beaches at Sullivan's Island and 11 miles from Isle of Palms. Check out downtown Charleston's foodie scene and historic landmarks, only seven miles away.

Spend quality time in your fenced backyard, which is shaded by a majestic live oak. Fire up the gas grill to prepare a family barbecue and enjoy open-air dining on the beautiful patio. Then, gather around the firepit to sip after-dinner drinks.

Open-concept living awaits inside this bright and airy cottage. Get comfortable in the main living area, furnished with two sofas and an armchair. Catch your favorite shows on the 50-inch TV. Do some home cooking in the lovely white kitchen, featuring beautiful cabinetry and a full suite of appliances. Convene for meals in the dining area, furnished with a farmhouse table.

In the evenings, retreat to the primary suite, located on the main level. The bedroom boasts a luxurious en suite bathroom with dual vanity.

Complimentary WiFi, a private washer/dryer, beach gear, and an umbrella are provided.

Quiet neighborhood

We had a nice stay at the property. It was clean and exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and central to many of the cool things to do in Mount Pleasant. We will stay here again.

Mt Pleasant Getaway

Overall we had a positive experience at this villa. Spectacular location for proximity to beaches/Charleston and quiet, safe neighborhood. All appliances and Wi-Fi worked well. When we found bugs, they were dead indicating the home is pest controlled. Our only recommendation is the home was cleaned upon arrival, but more attention be paid to cleaning details.

Cozy and nice proximity to beach and downtown Charleston

Main floor bedroom good for infant. Quiet and away from other bedrooms and main family room. Kitchen great for the group. Didn’t realize we needed to bring own laundry detergent or additional garbage bags.

Mt Pleasant stay

Spacious property for our party of 4 adults. Nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to Charleston, Sullivans and IOP. Very walkable neighborhood too. Good communication from manager. Would rent this property again.

College / Charleston visit

Wonderful home in ideal location for getting in and out of Charleston and over to the beaches.House was perfect with everything on main level for my 81 year old mother and the additional bedrooms upstairs.We will absolutely return!

Family reunion

We hosted our family (8 people) for dinner. We could have used more chairs. There were only 6 dining chairs. We needed more serving utensils too. Overall nice and clean inside

Home away from home

This place rocks, had 2 couples, a kid and a dog. Easy access to all the touristy stuff and let us just have a comfortable place to come back to for some normalcy. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Adorable beach cottage

Plenty of space - comfortable, bright and cheerful. The location was great - near great restaurants and an easy ride into Charleston and Sullivan Beach. The house is in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. We would absolutely stay here again!

Coastal Cottage was great

We stayed at Coastal Cottage in order to attend a wedding in Charleston. Worked out great. Short drive to Charleston. Mt. Pleasant was a nice area with lots of restaurants. Home was very clean and nicely furnished.

Quiet and Comfortable, Great Location

The house worked great for our extended family group of 5. The house was clean and very quiet, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen had all of the amenities. I loved the neighborhood location--easy to go for a nice walk from the house, close to Mount Pleasant grocery stores and historic district, and an easy drive to downtown Charleston or Sullivan's Island Beach.

Wedding accommodation

Exceeded our expectations!

We’ve stayed in Mt. Pleasant a few times. This pictures actually do it an under justice which is very rare to say. It is so spacious and clean. Beautiful place and very welcoming!! We stayed after Christmas and there was an issue from the rain that was out of anyone’s control before we got there and we were notified beforehand and checked on to ensure there were no more issues. Very responsive to any concerns we had, which was only that we wanted to utilize the outdoor area and it was chilly and the propane tank was empty for the fire pit . It was fixed the next morning. The neighborhood is quiet and very convenient to anything you could need. You do not have access to the garage. We have a truck that would not have fit anyway, but if bringing two vehicles, this is on a curve and we almost got stuck by a moving truck that happened to park behind the driveway, so one car is recommended. The only recommendation is that there are no tv’s in the upstairs bedrooms. We didn’t have any children so it wasn’t an issue, but could be for others. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Wonderful Accommodations

We rented this lovely abode over the Christmas Holidays to visit with family. We really enjoyed the layout of the house. The first floor was perfect for us - Kitchen with dining area, family room in back with access to enclosed backyard for dog. My 94 year old mother stayed in the first floor bedroom so had access to all the living areas - important key point for us so she did not have to worry about any stairs or steps. The upstairs bedrooms were great. Highly recommend

Great location, comfortable stay

Good size for our family of 4 plus grandpa. Kitchen, bath and bedrooms were very clean. Some dog hair from previous guests was on the living floor, but not a big deal to us since we brought our dog. Beds were really comfy and well furnished. Loved the quiet neighborhood and proximity to beach and town. Overall a pleasant short stay.

Spacious, clean and comfortable.

In town for nearby family visit. Duplex unit with own entrance in a safe, walkable neighborhood. Quiet street, little traffic. Nice outside area,with wooden fence. Did not use propane fire pit or grill. Booking and checkin a breeze. One minor text to support team answered in a minute by local team. Excellent plentiful towels. Two parking spots in driveway .Will stay again if this home avaiable. Highly recommended.
