The Backside of the home faces the west so you can watch the Sun Set every day across the water from one of the many porches, swings, the pier, the yard, or out of the many West facing windows from inside the home. The community Boat launch is just down the road for smaller craft, then park the boat on your private pier (there is NO boat lift at this property. Larger boats must launch at Nolte's Creek Marina Apx. 2 miles).

Monet On The Bay II is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Home. The Great Room encompasses the fully stocked Kitchen, Dining Area, and the Living Area with a Sleeper Sofa.
