Adorable and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath first floor villa in the popular Turtle Cove community. 4815 Green Dolphin Way is in a great, central location in East Beach and within walking distance to The Sanctuary hotel, Turtle Point Clubhouse, Roy Barth Tennis Center, and of course Kiawah's famous beaches. Community has a small dock on a lagoon for wildlife viewing. The villa offers beautiful scenic lagoon views from its screened-in porch. This inviting villa provides tasteful décor and features quality furnishings.

NO pets and no smoking.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar) you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access; Our Local Property Management team is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy).
If you have the time take a short trip (35 Minutes) to Charleston America's most charming southern City. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots of history to explore.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed in this Villa for a month and it was great. The location was convenient, the villa was modern and clean and the view of the little lagoon was fantastic. The property could use some kitchen supply updating. I would recommend this villa to anyone.

Great condo even for the first floor

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I guess my main concern was this being a first floor unit and the potential for noise, but this one was good or our upstairs neighbors tried to be quiet.Only issue we had was an alarm that went off every day at 4am, but it sounded like a bird. (Note, I am a very light sleeper.)Bathrooms were clean and had bidet attachments. Bathrooms have been updated versus pictures which was a nice surprise. The primary was particularly bright! Kitchen could use a new large frying pan and more silverware, or just toss a few dishwasher pods in your suitcase. It has a real coffee pot, no pods, which was nice. Ice maker was very small, so pick up some ice with your groceries. We were just diligent of moving ice to a bag as it was made.For such a small space, they’ve outfitted it very well. New furniture, comfy beds and lots of pillows and extra blankets. Plenty of outlets to charge devices, but bring your blocks.Wifi was good, even though the password guide was hidden in the cabinet under the tv. But we found it!We were a bit further from the beach than we prefer, but it wasn’t bad at all, especially with bikes, so we got our steps in. The sand washing station is on the way, near the mailbox hut.Kiawah is absolutely beautiful. We’ve stayed in Wild Dunes, Myrtle, Hilton Head and Kiawah is my new favorite. I actually felt relaxed after a few days of soaking in the peacefulness. If you’re looking for a party, its probably not the place. If you can snag tickets to the Resort’s oyster roast, I highly recommend. It was amazing and worth the price. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Great!

Nice updated and very clean unit a quick walk or bike ride to beach. Rental info was great and we had a credit for beach gear that covered what we needed. Definitely recommend!
