Outdoor living abounds on the breezy, fully screened lanai furnished with patio seating. Located on a corner lot, the home boasts a large, sunny lawn area - great for summertime fun and yard games.

Inside, an open layout and lofty, vaulted ceilings offer an airy ambiance and plenty of room to spread out. The sofas in the living room offer a comfortable place to kick your feet up inside while you stream shows and movies on the smart TV. The huge, island kitchen features a full suite of contemporary appliances, including an inset cooktop and double ovens, for easy meal prep. Spread out a board game to enjoy a fun evening with the family. Seating options include a bright breakfast nook with bay windows overlooking the lanai and a separate dining area. A day room/sitting area features a dedicated desk for remote work needs. Essential amenities include central air-conditioning free WiFi, an electric vehicle charger, and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
