Gulf Place Residences is a 2021-built 3-story condo with Gulf views within steps to private beach, pools and tennis and pickle ball courts. Gulf Place is a bustling community with great restaurants and shops, big open green outdoor space for kids, and miles of walking and biking paths. You will have a minutes walking access (350 steps) to 3 private gated paths to the beach just West of the major public Ed Waline beach with all the facilities, 3 pools (all of them heated in winter, 2 have jacuzzis) and tennis and pickle ball courts.
Multiple restaurants within walking distance and many more within a few minutes of driving, plus coffee, ice-cream shops, brewery, and may other stores. Nail salon, yoga, spa - all within walking distance.

Our family loved this place; storage unit has everything that you need for the beach and pool. Host Yulia was great with her communication with events happening and things included. This place came equipped with so much we realized we overpacked when we didn’t need to. Would definitely stay again!

"Sea Angel" was just a describe on VRBO. Great location and so convenient to cute town center. Property had great amenities with 3 pools, pickelball, tennis courts, shuffle board and cornhole. Ocean access was convenient and easy walk.

Beautiful Condo

We really enjoyed staying in this lovely condo. Very short walk to the beach and very close to restaurants and shops. Condo was very nice, clean and quiet. Manager is very nice to deal with. I will definitely stay here again.

Gulf place stay

Very clean and fresh, best equipped I have ever stayed in. Awesome communication. Location is great you can go to the beach, one of three pools or have a drink in just a few minute walk.

Our stay

For the most part, our experience went very well and had a nice vacation. There was only a couple things I didn’t like, and that was the lock on the front door, the hot water heater didn’t provide very much hot water for showers, and the neighbors above were extremely noisy all through the night. Parking was also a little difficult to find a spot.

Easy Peasy Beach Trip

Sea Angel at Gulf Place was just perfect for our family getaway! Food and live music were steps away. The private beach access was easily managed with the provided beach cart, chairs and umbrellas. We even utilized the bicycles to visit friends staying in nearby Blue Mountain. Multiple pools on the property made those double red flag days more pleasant for sure. The bedrooms were comfy and we had plenty of room for all our things. Coffee on the balcony was perfect! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cava and Cake (on Spires) for the best coffee around. The owner is wonderful and there's hardly a line ever. Goatfeathers fish market has the best peel and eat gulf shrimp which they will steam for you on the spot. Notes to future guests: totally ok to leave your beach wagon outside the condo door. Very safe and saves time in the morning getting everything ready. We pumped up the bike tires and oiled the chain of one but give yourself extra time in case this needs to be done again (likely). We like to cook and stocked the kitchen (there's a Publix nearby) but it can get a little tight in there....FYI the kitchen table folds up into a smaller unit, making it much easier to move around! We stored unneeded chairs in the small room off the main door and then put it all back at the end of the trip. The unit is quiet yet right in the middle of everything. Gulf Place is very laid back - we had a blast! Thank you Yulia!

April, thank you so much for such a wonderful review. I’m so glad you had a great time and that things were flexible and adjustable for you!! A couple of notes just to avoid confusion for future guests: - I’m afraid the HOA does not allow for the beach wagon and any other outdoor items to be stored outside of the unit, for passage and fire hazard purposes. - As you said, the tire pump is included in the unit storage. Gulf place is so convenient that very few guests actually use the bikes… :) And there is a YOLO bike shop across the lawn, which will take care of any other issues for my guests. Again, thank you for being great guests and welcome back any time!!

Just finished a great week at Gulf Place! This is our third year at Gulf Place but first time in this condo. We love the location so close to beach and restaurants.Things to note: host provides several beach towels to use so not necessary to pack; lots of closet space and hangers available. We did bring our own full size blender for drinks - the one provided is small for a single serving.Host very responsive to all questions!

We pride ourselves on taking great care of our guests from providing all the necessitates and extras for your beach stay to sending a huge list of recommendations on what to do, where to eat and play.

Gulf Place Residences is a 2021 built 3-story condominium consisting of only 40 units. The Sea Angel is located on the first floor above the parking garage with elevator access. It faces a big safe green open space for kids to run around and play that also hosts seasonal festivals and farmers markets. Sea Angel is our second home that comes with a downstairs storage unit equipped with all the beach extras you need on your holiday vacation: multiple beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, sand toys and boogie boards for kids, a beach buggy wagon and a cooler.

Sea Angel has an open plan living room and kitchen with a dining table fit for a holiday feast, 2 bedrooms with king size beds, 2 full bathrooms, an alcove room with a single bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It is beautifully decorated to make you feel luxuriously like home. The kitchen has everything you need from cooking gourmet food to paper plates to take to the beach. For those working from home, a portable rollable height-adjustable table that can be used in any room is included. Our home is appointed with white linens and bath towels, quilts for the summer and duvets for the winter, beach towels are included. A portable baby playpen/crib is also provided.

Gulf Place is one of the best places to watch a majestic 30A sunset, on the beach steps away from our home or from the balcony. Multiple eating and entertainment points are steps away as well, including the iconic 30A restaurants The Perfect Pig and the Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, a craft beer bar, a coffee shop, a beer and liquor store, nail and spa salons, and no need for driving at all. Many more restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and art galleries are in the area, and more details and recommendations will be provided to guests.
