This NEWLY remodeled unit comes with central AC, ocean views, high end furnishings, a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, two pull out couches and a bathroom for each bedroom! You’ll basically have 3 master bedrooms for you and your guests. Not to mention the amenities! Large pool, kiddie pool, jacuzzi, a brand new tennis/basketball court, small gym, game room, BBQ area with new Weber grills, putting green, well stocked vending machine, and so much more!

Well located stay

The proterty manager was kind and prompt regarding check in. We didn't have to contact them otherwise and had a lovely stay

Clean and spacious condo

Check in was easy. The condo was very clean and had plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed our stay. The only complaint would be you could hear a bit of road noise, but everything else was excellent. We had a wonderful trip.

Good location

Appreciated that we could book for a 3 day stay on short notice as most places wanted a two week minimum. Good for a family of five but third bedroom pullout bed was very small and mattress was very thin. Good location with KTA a close walk away.

Can't say enough about this Condo with great facilities on site (pool, workout room) and close proximity to Restaurants, Grocery Stores, Beaches and more. There are bbq grills close to the condo to throw your steak on and watch the beautiful sunset with spectacular ocean views. It's nice to have AC if the Waikoloa heat gets to be a bit too much. But you can always open the lanai door for a fresh, cool breeze. Kuulei is a wonderful host and responded to questions immediately. She went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

Awesome

The views are spectacular It's worth staying just to see the sunset and and see all the wild life outside The pool amenities games phenomenal Only one small downside traffic noise other than that everything was absolutely phenomenal I enjoyed my stay here

Great place

The property was as described and the owner was great to respond to issues. Great location to pool and pickleball courts. It was great to walk in and unpack and get to vacationing.The owners left a great guest guide that helped alot. There is street noise but that didn't bother any of us. Games and beach toys were also provided.

We really enjoyed our stay here in Waikoloa. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed including boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. The kids really enjoyed the pool and other amenities. Great parking. Kitchen was very well stocked. Communication was prompt. We would absolutely recommend this to friends looking to visit Hawaii. The hosts booklet of info also gave great recommendations of local beaches and restaurants. Very pleased with our stay. Thanks so much.

2025 Family Trip to the Big Island

Stayed in this Waikoloa Village condo this trip. There is a nice pool and entertainment center nearby and it is close to one of our favorite Big Island beaches (Waikoloa Beach). The condo was clean and comfortable. There were a couple of minor issues. The ice maker in the fridge did not work and a prior guest, or someone, disconnected the smoke detector on the first floor. We reported both issues to the owner so they can correct for the next visitors. Otherwise everything was as expected. Enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Experience

We had a wonderful experience with Kuulei! We appreciated the space and all the amenities. All the directions and communication was clear and helpful. The hosts provided awesome recommendations to the local area. The space itself is great! The 3 bathrooms and 2 lanais are really nice additions for bigger groups. The amenities in the complex are super amazing, especially with small children. We used the pool, hot tub and workout area daily and were SO thankful that they were literally steps away from the house. We also loved the grill/eating area at the pool! It was a wonderful stay, great amenities and location. We had a 6 and 3 year old and we loved Kukio (for shell collecting and tide pools) and A Bay (for swimming and sand and water play)!

BI with family

The condo was everything as promised. We were a family of 5 and had plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved having all of the sports equipment and beach accessories. The sunsets from the small balcony were an awesome way to end the day. The location was very central for all of our activities. Took advantage of the pool area. We played pickleball and ping pong several times and never had to wait. Pool and jacuzzi looked nice but we never utilized. Communication was awesome. Road noise was the only drawback, but still think it was the best unit in the complex. Would definitely stay again next time we are on the Big Island! Also took advantage of car rental. So easy and it was in great condition. Glad we did!

Clean updated home with awesome host.

Responsive host with a very clean and updated home. We enjoyed staying here and it was so close to everywhere we wanted to visit. We were able to make a last minute reservation and the host was able to accommodate us. Thank you so much!
