Important House Rules & Expectations:
This is a well-maintained, comfortable vacation home designed for travelers who appreciate a relaxed island atmosphere. While we take pride in keeping the unit clean and functional, this is not a luxury resort or hotel environment—it’s a lived-in condo in Hawaiʻi, where outdoor elements like trade winds, tropical dust, and occasional insects are part of everyday island life.
Please read carefully before booking:
Third-floor walk-up only. No elevator. Guests must be comfortable carrying their luggage upstairs.
This is a privately owned residential condo — not a hotel or luxury resort.
Hawaiʻi is a tropical environment. Guests should expect normal island conditions such as trade winds, outdoor dust/pollen, occasional insects, and natural wear consistent with coastal living.
The unit is maintained to be clean, functional, and comfortable, but it is not a “perfect” or newly built space.
Minor cosmetic issues (scuffed walls, aging fixtures, outdoor debris, etc.) are part of island living and are not grounds for refunds or complaints.
This home is best suited for easygoing, respectful travelers who understand they are staying in a real home in Hawaiʻi.
By booking, you acknowledge that:
You are comfortable with stairs.
You understand this is a residential condo, not a resort.
You accept normal signs of tropical island living.
If you require hotel-level service, perfection, or are highly sensitive to minor details, this property may not be a good fit.
Other things to note
🛏 Sleeping Layout / Loft Style
The condo is loft-style, meaning one part of the sleeping area is open to the main living space (not fully enclosed walls like traditional bedrooms). There is one separate room that has a California king bed. The second sleeping area features sliding closet doors (not solid, floor-to-ceiling walls), which provide storage separation but do not offer full soundproofing or hotel-style privacy.
The unit accommodates guests with 3 beds total, making it ideal for families or small groups who are comfortable sharing space.
Because of the loft design, sound and light travel more easily between areas—this home is best suited for guests who don’t require complete separation or hotel-style privacy between sleeping spaces.
