The Neighborhood:

Waikoloa Village has a laid-back, residential feel above the Kohala Coast. Highlands Shopping Center brings restaurants, shops, and entertainment within walking distance, and the Village Course is close for a morning round. Beach days are best done by car, with Anaeho'omalu Bay and Waikoloa Beach Resort down toward the coast. This setting trades resort bustle for practical conveniences and cool trade winds. It is a good choice for travelers who want a quieter place to come home to after a day in the sun.



Getting Around:

Kona International Airport is about 25 to 30 minutes away by car. A rental car is recommended for reaching coastal beaches, resort shopping, and dining from this upcountry golf community. The village center offers a few walkable shops and eateries, while beaches and larger resort areas are a drive away. Parking is typically available on site or in nearby lots.



Other Things to Note:

• Effective immediately for reservations of stay beginning 1/1/2023, the HOA By-Laws will require that all vacation rentals adhere to the (7) nights minimum stay requirement.

• Assigned parking for one car in front of the rental is available for an additional $100, paid on site.

• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
