Best part about this place is the location, can walk to the gondola. The pool and hot tub are fantastic.

Comfortable and Great Location!

This condo was conveniently located to the ski slopes. Easy walk to the store and dining as well. Very well appointed for a stay with family or friends. We will definitely be back!!

Ski vacation

Wish we were able to stay for more than one night. This was a lovely spot to stay super close to the mountain. The staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Wonder ski condo

We had such a great stay at this condo. It’s perfectly spacious, has plenty of storage space, extremely warm, and comfortable. one of the best things about this condo is the super kind and friendly shuttle drivers that get you to and from the mountain very efficiently. We hope to stay again!

Ski Trip 2023

My family and I rated here for a family ski trip, we had a blast. We decided to come in a day early and when we contacted the owner at the last minute to see if we could start our stay early they were very responsive and allowed us to start our stay. The location is perfect and the property is well maintained as always with friendly staff.

Canyon Creek at Steamboat base of Gondola

Love Canyon Creek at Steamboat. It is within walking distance, covered parking and larger hot tub. Unit was well stocked with everything you will need for your stay! Owner is very organized and easy to communicate with.

Pleasant and well-maintained condo

Our group of four adults enjoyed a pleasant stay in this condo. We took advantage of the pool, gym, and grill. Everything in the unit was clean and worked well. Check-in was efficient.

This property is great in every way. We chose the property for the location with a five minute walk to the gondola. The condo is right near the Wild Plum market and restaurants. It had great garage parking, a nice pool, hot tub and gym with modern equipment and the condo grounds were very well maintained. The condo itself is great and very spacious for a two bedroom. Plenty of space with an entry way bench, hooks and roomy closet for all of our ski clothes. The kitchen has everything you need with easy to use new appliances. We cooked all of our meals in the condo. There’s a nice laundry room off the kitchen. The living room had plenty of seating with a big comfy couch and two nice captain’s chairs that swivel. The king bed room has a nice comfortable bed and linens with a large ensuite bathroom. The twin bedroom had access to the hall bathroom. The two bedrooms were seperate enough for privacy from each other and the living spaces. With the snow not cooperating this year, we spent a lot of time at our condo and we’re glad we had such a nice condo to relax in. Another highlight in this condo is the lighting. This condo was very bright with so many windows and a slider on the nice deck. Randy was very easy to work with and we’ll definitely be renting this unit again.

Excellent Accomodations

This unit was perfect for our weekend ski getaway. The location was ideal, and the shuttle really made getting to the ski area easy. The heated pool and hot tub were a huge hit with the kiddos, and the stocked game cabinet was really appreciated! Little touches like extra hair dryers came in very handy. Really nothing negative to say about the unit, we really enjoyed staying there!

Perfect Location and Great Space

We've been coming to Steamboat for years and this, by far, has been my favorite condo to stay at. It's easy to get to - underground parking, elevator, etc. - and in a great location, just a 10 minute walk to the base. The beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept on in a rental. There's a bed topper that just makes you sink into a great night's sleep. The rest of the condo is equally comfortable and well-appointed. There's a full size washer/dryer too so perfect for a family. The bonus was the games like Uno, Jenga, and Monopoly available for the family to play. Thank you so much for such a great stay and the best communication.

Great Location, Nice Place with all the amenities

Overall, this was a wonderful place - living room and bedrooms were big, kitchen had everything you needed. There was a ski locker on the bottom floor, an elevator and fireplace. Another plus was the garage - we had tons of snow when we were there and the garage kept our car nice and clean. It was an easy walk to the gondola which was a huge bonus and we didn't have to take the shuttle or drive. Safeway was close by for supplies and the town was a quick drive. Wild Plum Market is in the next building over for any last minute items, prepared food and wine/beer. We did have an issue when we got there, the condo was not cleaned. However, this was resolved within hours and our hosts allowed us to check out late on our last day which was a huge bonus. All in all, the snafu at the start did not ruin our trip! We would highly recommend this condo. Thanks to our hosts and VRBO for a fun stay at Steamboat Springs.

Owner Cancelled at the last minute.

In all honest, we did not stay at this property. We had it reserved a month in advance, but the night before our arrival, the owner notified us that he had double booked the property and cancelled our stay. This left us scrambling to find another place to stay and had to pay a great deal more than we had intended. The owner had plenty of time to notify us but did not communicate well at all. I would not try to book this property again. I am also a VRBO owner and renter and this last minute cancellation is unacceptable. The owner didn't seem bothered that he had overbooked us and left us in a bind.

Great Place Right by the Mountain!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO rental, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The rental itself was not only very nice but also impeccably clean, which is always a huge plus. It's a relief when a property matches its online description, and this one certainly did. The condo complex was a fantastic addition to our stay. Having access to an elevator made it convenient to get to our unit, especially when carrying luggage or gear. The real highlights, however, were the hot tub and pool. After a day of skiing, soaking in the hot tub was pure bliss, and the pool was an excellent way to unwind. One standout feature of this rental is the ski locker. It might not seem like a big deal, but having a dedicated place to store your equipment is incredibly helpful. It kept our gear organized and ensured we didn't have to lug it back and forth from the slopes. The location couldn't have been better. It's just a short 7-minute walk to Steamboat, making it super convenient for anyone looking to hit the slopes. Plus, being in such close proximity to all the action in Steamboat Springs adds to the overall experience. In conclusion, I had a fantastic stay at this VRBO rental. It's a great place with a perfect location for anyone looking to enjoy Steamboat. I'm already looking forward to my next visit, and I highly recommend this rental to others!

Love this place

This is a perfectly located property in a nicely remodeled, clean place. We stay in Steamboat every year. Love the garage and the hot tub!

Great location

This property is in a great area of Steamboat. Just a 10 walk up the hill and your at the base of the mountain for hiking, skiing or hanging out. It's really easy to navigate the amenities. It was well laid out and had all the supplies you need for a weekend away or a month long stay. The only thing I would note is that the property is set up like a motel the front door and 2nd bedroom window are accessible to the outside and not secured from general people passing bye. We traveled with our 5 year old and did not feel comfortable leaving his bedroom window open at night which was necessary with no A/C in the unit. So he was either hot or sleeping with us. I know it's not a concern for everyone but those with children or who want the security may not find this is a great summer property for your trip.
