Quiet location on the outside of town. Great views! We enjoyed our stay here. Was very hot during the day, but huge fans are in each room helped a lot!!!

Great spot even in the summer. Had friends staying at the Grand and they ended up hanging out at our place a lot cause it was so comfortable and convienient. Bunks were great for the kids but open loft made it hard for them to go down while still being up in the living room.

Prior to our visit to Steamboat, we were switched to a different condo because work was being done on the building of the condo we had rented. We are not sure that the condo we were switched to was comparable to the one we had selected and we are not sure if this review is for the condo we actually stayed in, which was at The Lodge. The condo at the Lodge, was smaller than our original choice and had no view. Our biggest issue was that it was 90 degrees in Steamboat and the unit did not have AC. It was HOT. There was also a crew painting the outside, starting at 7:30 each morning in their cherry picker which beeped while going forward and backwards. Because it was so hot, the windows had to be open so it was very noisy. We truly understood that work needs to be done and the crew would want to start early as the days were going to be hot. The condo would be fine in the winter but without AC, it was not very comfortable in our ever warmer summers. It was very clean and well stocked. The check-in people were lovely and the pool was great. We were glad we brought our own pillows as the ones suppled were just thin foam pillows. We very much enjoyed Steamboat and would recommend the zip lining adventure. The condo at the Lodge was close to the gondola and would be a great place to stay when going skiing.

Thank you for taking time to share your feedback. We do apologize for the unplanned change of units but assure you the new unit was a comparable unit in both location as well as amenity. Both of these units lack the amenity of air conditioning, which is common for homes in this area. The summer months can get warmer and we do our best to provide our guests with the tools necessary to help reduce the impact of the heat. This summer has been hotter than normal, which has been an added challenge. We do appreciate you choosing Grand Adventure and hope to see you back again in the future, perhaps in the cooler months.

The place was very clean .. but they didn't warn about the fact that there is no air conditioning .. and the problem with the heat, it was something terrible, you couldn't sleep, my children didn't enjoy the place, my girls cried, because it was unbearable, so I ask that they put that warning here so that the risk is yours and you don't get that kind of unpleasant surprises .. I think they have to be prepared for this type of situation, and if there are fans. , but it's useless, They have written on a paper when you arrive ... That there is no air conditioning, but that they have fans and they explain to you, that you close the windows during the day .. so that it stays cooler ... but it is useless, rather update the place .. I imagine that they explain that being already in the place. Because of the complaints they have had .. but they have not done anything about it. At least leave that same warning. Here in Expedia, when renting you know if you run the risk or not ... for me it was the worst experience, we had never suffered so much in a stay .. so it was terrible I would not return to this place, unless it had air conditioning ..

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The place was very clean, well maintained, and had a fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, cutlery). The host was super attentive. We would definitely return.
