Make yourselves at home in our spacious 6-bedroom Florida villa, set in the gated Veranda Palms community just 6 miles from Walt Disney World.

Sleeping up to 12 guests, it's ideal for families and groups sharing a Florida holiday, with plenty of space to spread out after busy days at the theme parks, golfing or shopping. There are 6 bedrooms; 2 master super king suites, 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin rooms as well as 4 1/2 bathrooms.

Outside, you'll find a private south-facing pool and hot tub overlooking the lake — perfect for relaxing in the Florida sunshine.
Inside, there's plenty to keep everyone entertained, with a fully equipped games room and den, comfortable living areas and a well-equipped kitchen.

The villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within Veranda Palms, a gated community surrounded by conservation areas, lakes and woodland. Despite the peaceful setting, you're just off Seven Dwarfs Lane and Highway 192, putting restaurants, shopping, entertainment and many of Central Florida's biggest attractions within easy reach.

Guests also have access to the Veranda Palms clubhouse and resort facilities, including a large communal pool with children's waterslide and a fully equipped gym.

For something a little quieter, the neighbouring Shingle Creek Regional Park offers a completely different side of Florida. Explore nature trails, enjoy kayaking or canoeing, or simply take some time away from the theme parks to enjoy the natural surroundings.

Whether your Florida holiday is all about Disney and Universal, shopping and golf, or simply spending time together by the pool, our villa gives you a comfortable and relaxing base to come home to.

Very happy with our stay. The pool and hot tub were great and we made good use of the games options in the garage too. All of the beds we used were comfortable and the appliances all worked well, including the grill. All the communication before, during and after our stay was pleasant and responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Great theme park rental

Property managers were responsive and accommodating. Need ceiling fans in all bedrooms and should have free use of a barbecue grill. Fabulous set up for families!!! Great location.

INCREDIBLE LOCATION

Beautiful home! Excellent location! Home provided more than enough room for 6 adults Garage had games, strollers and even a high chair! I was impressed with the amount of space! Check in process was easy! Communication was wonderful! The pool was excellent! A wonderful location in the middle of universal and Disney!

Kissimmee 2023 Feb. Escape

We loved the house and area. Home was perfect for our adult children and grandchildren. They all raved about the pool and quality of the linens. It was well worth having the heated pool, hot tub and BBQ. all of which were used daily. Special thanks to local manager Julie Phillips who promptly answered all our questions and concerns. Bookings was easy and recently pictures accurate. We loved the home faces south and onto the lake with sun all day and no neighbors to rear of the home.

Lovely home with a view!

This property is in the very nice neighborhood of Veranda Palms. It is very convenient to the community pool/fitness center. It was too cold to swim but in the summer would be great. The home was just as shown in the pictures. We all spread out in the evenings which was nice. The kitchen had everything we needed, except my husband would have loved a Kuerig coffeemaker. The host responded promptly to any questions. The view of the private pool and pond behind was lovely. We enjoyed the ducks! We would stay here again!

Awesome home

We stayed for the week while my daughter played in the AAU National finals. We absolutely loved the house. We even had entertainment from a small gator in the pond out back. I would definitely recommend this house.

This house met all of our needs! We had a brief walk to the community pool, our private pool and hot tub was amazing.

Awesome Home

This home was perfect for our family vacation. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The patio area was well kept. The hot tub worked very well. The host had thought of everything we needed to make our stay fantastic. Check in was simple and communication was great. I highly recommend this property.

Good location

The weather was good, the pool was good, the property managers were terrific. Had an issue with the hot tub that unfortunately didn't get resolved properly by the pool tech. Will probably stay at this house again if we journey back to Florida.:)

Casa ideal para grupos grandes!

Excelente ubicación cerca de los parques Disney, outlets. A la entrada hay un Walmart y un Target. La casa muy bien equipada, súper cómoda y muy limpia. El lugar seguro y tranquilo.

One happy customer

I had a minor issue checking in almost to the point where I was gonna be put in a hotel the first night. Other than that the house it’s self was exactly as advertised and what I expected. There is a roof leak in the garage which gives off a musty moldy smell in the game room. The rest of the house was immaculate. There is a long wait at night to get past security at times. The community itself is beautiful and the clubhouse was awesome. I definitely recommend Veranda Palms and this particular house itself.

Comfortable Home

Easter break

We had a lovely time and loved the house. All the facilities kept the children occupied and allowed the adults to relax as well! Thank you for a great holiday location and it was perfect for visiting the parks of Disney and Universal.

Fantastic property, ideal location

My family visited Orlando in August. Gray Villa is fantastic, light and airy with plenty of space for the family to enjoy rest and relaxation. Excellent facilities of a high standard and very comfy beds. The pool and spa were loved by all of us and all the family enjoyed spending time in the air conditioned games room. These facilities are certainly appreciated after busy days on the parks. The view from the pool is lovely and if lucky you might get to see a bit of Floridian wildlife, we certainly did! The villa is located just of Seven Dwarves Lane and is the best location we have ever stayed in. The villa was a short drive from MCO and really easy to find. Booking was seamless and the owners provided all the pre holiday information required. Publix/Walmart and several eating establishments and take outs are a few minutes drive away. This villa comes highly recommended by myself and all my family, and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Fantastic villa in a fantastic location.

Lovely clan , modern and spacious villa located in an ideal location just off the 192 with good local restaurants just a couple of minutes away . Short drive to all theme parks but far enough away to get away from it all . Great pool at the rear overlooking a lake with loads of wildlife. Really helpfull owners. Would certainly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious break . Alan Maguire and family.

Everything we could have asked for!

The villa exceeded our expectations - spacious, clean, well furnished with great pool overlooking a picturesque lake with lots of wildlife to see! Really comfortable beds (& sun beds too!) Convenient location, though peaceful only minutes away from restaurants and supermarkets and close to main routes to parks, beaches etc. the owner was very helpful and communicative, we would highly recommend this property

Lovely home from home

We had a great holiday in this home. Being pregnant with young children, I was worried that we wouldn't be comfortable being without our creature comforts but this house had everything we needed and more. The furniture was all in very good condition, the pool area in good condition and the house clean. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking (if you have any energy after all that park hopping!) and there was plenty of entertainment for us and the kids on our downtime days. Also, the location of the villa was superb, plenty of restaurants and shops close by, as well as it only being a short drive to Disney. The family who own the house were helpful and in regular contact up to the trip, a worry off my mind when booking through sites like this. Security deposit was returned in reasonable time too. We are already plotting our next trip in a couple of years time.

Jenny and Karen are sisters who jointly own the villa. Originally from the UK, Karen now lives in Florida while Jenny still calls the UK home, so between us we know exactly what it's like both to live in Florida and to visit for that much-anticipated holiday!
We both love Florida and everything it has to offer, and we want our villa to feel like a home rather than simply somewhere to sleep between theme park days. We take pride in looking after the house and love welcoming families who can enjoy it as much as we do.

We chose Veranda Palms because it gives us the best of both worlds. It's peaceful and tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet Walt Disney World, Universal, restaurants, shopping and everything else that makes Central Florida such a fantastic holiday destination are within easy reach.
We particularly loved the gated community, conservation surroundings and resort facilities. After a busy day at the parks, it's lovely to come back somewhere that feels calm and relaxing.

For us, it's the combination of space, location and that view. The villa has six bedrooms and four bathrooms, so there's plenty of room for families and friends to holiday together without feeling on top of one another.
The real highlight is outside: our private south-facing pool and hot tub overlook the lake, giving you a lovely place to relax in the Florida sunshine after a busy day.
Add in the games room, peaceful cul-de-sac setting and being just 6 miles from Walt Disney World, and we think it makes a fantastic home base for a Florida holiday.
