This ocean view complex sits adjacent to the Marginal Way - one of New England's loveliest scenic walking paths - and within strolling distance of Perkins Cove, Little Beach, and the south side of Ogunquit Beach. You'll have access to a swimming pool, two tennis courts, and a grilling area for summer barbecues on the landscaped grounds.

Take the elevator up to the third floor to find this thoughtfully remodeled condo, beautifully positioned, so its shaded balcony overlooks the ocean coast. There's a compact kitchen with every essential appliance, a small dining table, and a light-filled living room with charming decor and a streaming-capable TV. Additional amenities include an ocean-view bedroom, air conditioning, and high-speed WiFi.

The Lookout

The view and proximity to Marginal way were amazing. The Condo was clean and well equipt for a comfortable vacation.The only downside was that the porches were very close together, but the neighbors were polite when we all happened to be out at the same time.We would definitaly reccomend this beautiful place!

Just what we wanted!

We enjoyed comfort and beauty, from our rental, walking directly to Marginal Way, and a very quick drive to Ogunquit Beach and town (minutes away). Everything we wanted, rain or shine!

Wonderful Location and Helpful Amenities

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was close to everything, the pool was open and the condo worked well for our family vacation. The condo has beach chairs, boogie boards and a lovely patio overlooking the ocean.

Lovely Ogunquit vacation

We had a great time! It was lovely to walk On the Marginal Way, and a short walk to downtown. Our condo Had everything we could need, and had a lovely view as well. It was kind of far to walk to The sandy Beach.

Paradise location

We loved our stay in ogunquit. This condo had a perfect location and very clean. The only thing is the sofa bed can not be use for two adults. The rest was perfect

Amazing view, lovely condo, perfect location.

We also loved the attention to detail inside to make it very comfortable and that nothing was missing. Was touched that there was so many children's books for all ages, even in French, toys, travel magazines and the New Yorker for the adults. Loved the books on the area full of old pictures. Overall, felt very comfortable in that confo and would love to come back if our budget allows it. The time of year made for very changing weather but that means seeing the ocean very differently every day. Lovely area, nice shops and people. Not 5 stars because the mattress in the couch could be more comfortable and noise from melting snow or rain on the metal of the air conditioners made it hard to sleep for 2 of our nights there. Still, we had great time and will have lovely memories of that trip.

Wonderful!

Very lovely condo. So many niceties provided. The view was just what we thought it would be. This was a 50th anniversary treat to ourselves so we relaxed. Weather was warm so enjoyed sitting on the deck. Would hope to return some day. Thanks to the host for providing a nice getaway !

Beautiful view

Great condo with all you need in the kitchen. Nicely decorated, the mots beautiful view you can have. Quiet surrounding, minutes away from marginal way and it’s beach. The matress on the sofa bed could be a bit more comfortable for adults sleeping on it. A very pleasant stay.

Highly recommend

Our family loved our stay in Ogunquit. Ogunquit has a ton of great restaurants and a beautiful beach. This condo was perfectly located near the Marginal Way and the views from the balcony were spectacular. It was also an easy walk to downtown and Perkins Cove. There was also a small beach close by for kids and the main beach was only a 15 min walk or a short trolley ride. The unit itself was very large and we appreciated having two bathrooms. The unit had plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, and a few beach toys that our daughter loved using on the beach. The condo building was an old hotel and had a lot of nice perks. The pool and outdoor shower were super convenient after coming off the beach. We enjoyed having access to the community grills and picnic tables. It was very helpful to have access to luggage carts to get our luggage up the elevator. We also appreciated access to a large laundry room. Laundry was not coin operated so it was very helpful that the owner provided a card which was easy to reload with cash. While the condo was centrally located, it does sit on top of a small hill so keep that in mind before heading out to the beach. The other thing to note if traveling with kids is there is a small step down from the family room area into the kitchen (a little treacherous for our crawling daughter) and there is no bathtub. We look forward to coming back to Ogunquit and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay! Highly recommend.

Would gladly stay here again. The view of the ocean from the deck porch was spectacular. We spent a lot of time out there. Walking distance to town for most. We were wowed by the accommodations. Grateful for the elevator. It was a quiet, historic building and the apartment had been recently and tastefully renovated. SO convenient to have 2 full baths! Pristine. The pool was across the street and did not offer any great view but was well maintained. Parking was across the street also but pretty convenient. The apartment itself had every amenity we could have wanted. Stock items were things that any guest would be grateful to have there if they had forgotten to bring them. Everything was like new. We were relieved that we were not asked to clean a lot before the early check out time of 10 AM. The only reason I didn't give 5 full stars for everything was because when I requested a late check out via email I never heard back. There should not have been any reason we couldn't have had at least one extra hour. It caused minor inconvenience on our last day but all in all was a wonderful stay. Thank you!
