Absolutely stunning view. Worth the money just to wake up to that stunning sight. Fit all of us perfectly, was pretty spacious and had a lot of amenities to keep us entertained.

Loved the cabin the only downside was the walk in bathroom was on the bottom floor. When you look at pictures look like it is the main floor. I had 2 elderly people with me and 1 that was on crutches. They couldn’t do stairs well so they never went downstairs. That meant they had to struggle to get in and out of the tubs that sit high up. The beds were also very tall for short people or elderly. The communication was great and the property was beautiful and peaceful.

Love the property had a few visitors a momma bear and 2 cubs come by three times to visit and definitely lock ur doors cause momma and baby's got into are car lol didn't tear anything up but it was funny

Wonderful with great activities

The place was great, private but not too far from activities in Gatlinburg and easy access. The host were very responsive and made sure my stay was great.

Beautiful home with great views!

Enjoyed our moutain stay for the week. We had beautiful views and a great big house to accommodate our family of 6 !

The property was amazing the climb to the top was well worth and made it an adventure. The view was breathtaking craftsmanship of the cabin was spectacular all the furniture coincided. Moving around in the kitchen was effortless with multiple people I would recommend this to everyone.

Do not hesitate to book this cabin if you’re looking for adventure and amazing views of the Great Smoky Mountains. With less than two days notice, we contacted the hosts about availability and they returned our message within minutes. Everything was just as they said it would be. Our family of six (three teen boys our daughter) had plenty of space to relax! The bathrooms were clean and the linens/beds were extra comfy. I appreciated the washer and dryer and extra pillows/blankets. The AC worked amazingly well—it was pretty warm the week we stayed. The decor was updated and the deck offered beautiful scenery. If I had to mention any negatives (which is honestly isn’t even a negative) it’s the CLIMB to the property. The road is completely paved, but is a steep one lane path. We had no issues with a very large Suburban, but it was tight in several areas. But, like their living room sign said “If you don’t climb the mountain, you can’t see the views!” It was very true! We also had some sweet little visitors during our stay—a mama bear and her cubs—which delighted our kids and added to the adventure. We were never scared or felt threatened in any way—they came in the evening typically. We were just far enough from all the Gatlinburg craziness to feel secluded, but close enough to visit anytime we wanted more excitement. It’s also very close to the Greenbrier park recreation area to enjoy wading/fishing in the Little Pigeon River which my children loved. 10/10 place for sure!

Great views with lots of space

This property was more than enough for our group of 10. Very comfortable beds, great common areas, and lots of things to do while we were at the cabin. We loved being able to eat breakfast each morning as one large group and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare the food. Owners were very responsive and checked in with us multiple times during our stay to ensure everything was satisfactory. A very quiet location.

Breathtaking

Our stay was phenomenal! The cabin was even better than the photos made ut out to be. We woke up early to see the sun rise and it was amazing, as was the sunset! You have the most beautiful views from the porch. If I ever come back to Gatlinburg, I will most definitely try booking this cabin again! 11/10 recommend!

Awesome vacation with the fam

Our stay at Cabina Bella Vista was truly amazing. It was the perfect place for a family vacation, with plenty of activities and amenities to keep everyone entertained. The cabin was cozy and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the cabin was also great, with easy access to Anakeesta and other attractions. We were able to take quick drives to explore the surrounding area and take advantage of all it had to offer. Overall, I highly recommend Cabina Bella Vista for a wonderful and memorable vacation. The combination of a cozy cabin, convenient location, and ample amenities made for an unforgettable experience.

Great views!

Amazing views! Our group of 11, ranging from 2 thru 55 had plenty to keep us entertained with arcade games, air hockey, shuffleboard, foosball, ring toss, bean bags, board games and TVs in all rooms.. Quiet setting, close to Cosby and Greenbrier entrances to the park and only 15 to 20 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg and Sugarlands visitor center. Cool ziplining place less than 5 minutes away. Saw bears almost daily!

Gorgeous Views

If you want to wake to a beautiful sunrise in the mountains, this is the place for you! The wrap around porch allows you the opportunity to see it all. The bedrooms are spacious and the overall cabin is very homely (complete bonus it was decorated for Christmas when we visited in mid-November). We ran into some heating issues but the property owner was very quick to respond to VRBO messages and phone calls. Because it was not a quick fix with the overall unit, he ensured space heaters were delivered quickly. We were very appreciative of the quick communication & care. And above all, the location is very convenient to getting to East Parkway in Gatlinburg. Hoping to plan a family trip to this cabin each year!

From the minute we entered the front door we were impressed. The property was immaculate and the view of the mountains was spectacular. Only 3 of us (me, my husband , and our son) on this trip and there was plenty of room and privacy for us on the first floor alone (The lower floor had accommodations for another 6 if needed). There were only a few MINOR things that could use attention but very typical for a rental. For example, a spotlight bulb out in the kitchen, a missing laundry room door, shaky light kits in the bedroom. All VERY minor things that did not detract from our comfort. The hot tub was welcome after our full days of sightseeing. The host stayed in contact the perfect amount/frequency to ensure all was well. The description of the cabin is spot on with no surprises. When you read that the roads are narrow and steep, believe it! However, also know that "if you don't climb the mountain you can't see the view". Make the reservation!!

Review

Overall, the property wasn’t bad. The views from the porch were beautiful just as described and seen in photos. We were a bit concerned with the charcoal grill as the trees over the grill were quite low and very dry… and area near grill should be better organized / maintained. The children enjoyed the game room and the variety of games offered. The kitchen was well equipped for the amount of cooking we did. However, it would have been nice to have some sort of basic cleaning supplies available at the house as well as a mop (I know people don’t like to clean when they’re on vacation but I like to take care of the property we rent and keep it as clean as I found it). Hand soaps in bathrooms would’ve been nice as well as people don’t think to bring these things with them. The bedrooms were tidy and clean and it was nice that there were extra blankets available as the nights were chilly and children were cold. Big plus was the pack’n’play and high chair! Lifesaver to not have to haul these things from home when traveling with a little one. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
