What a wonderful review to read! We're so glad check-in was smooth and that the home exceeded your expectations. Photos never quite capture a space, so it's great to hear it felt even roomier in person. And winning over a seasoned business traveler like your father-in-law? That might be the best compliment we've gotten all season. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we hope to welcome your whole crew back to Durango soon!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the spacious, comfortable accommodations and beautiful furnishings. It’s great to know the updated kitchen and new appliances and kitchenware added to your experience. The convenient location near Main Street and the Box Canyon Trail is certainly a favorite! We truly appreciate your kind recommendation and would be delighted to welcome you back for another stay.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the beautiful, spacious home, convenient location, and easy parking. We’re sorry that the location of the dumpsters affected your enjoyment of the porch and understand how disappointing that must have been. We’re happy to share that this issue has since been addressed and resolved with our team. We truly appreciate you bringing it to our attention, as your feedback helped us take action to improve the experience for future guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide an even better stay!

Thanks for the review, Kirstin! We're happy you enjoyed the location of Unit 3 and we have no idea where unit 2 is! Great question!

Ouray is such a special place, and we love that our property felt like the perfect home base for your group! Super clean, comfortable, and ready to gather — that's exactly what we're going for. We'd love to have both couples back anytime. See you in Ouray! _VRC Team

Thank you for the great feedback! We're so glad you enjoyed the clean, well-appointed space and the perfect location. We understand that a 4pm check-in can feel a bit late and appreciate you sharing that perspective—it’s something we’ll keep in mind. We'd love to host you again!

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the property's incredible location and found it to be the perfect home base for exploring the area. It’s wonderful to know that your family had plenty of space to relax and enjoyed the convenience of being within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and nearby hiking trails. We're also glad our team was able to assist quickly when you needed additional supplies. We appreciate your feedback regarding the starter items provided and will continue looking for ways to improve the guest experience. Thank you as well for your comments about the temperature.
