One of the most desirable properties nestled into Camelback Mountain, this completely renovated, stunning, three floor townhouse is a true Ski In/Ski Out gem. Gearing up for a great Winter. Come stay with us.

MAIN FLOOR has full kitchen with kitchen table and chairs, living room with TV, gas fireplace, ample cozy sofa and chairs, dining room with large table and seating for 8+, coat/ski equipment closet, and a half bathroom. 3rd FLOOR BEDROOM has King bed, closet, and full bathroom with shower.

LOWER LEVEL-Bedroom #1- King bed with
closet, dresser. -Bedroom #2-Queen bed with single over full bunkbeds. Closet and dresser, flat screen TV. Shared full bathroom with shower and bathtub. Laundry closet with washer and dryer. Computer/printer room.

OUTSIDE- Oversized wrap-around balcony deck with cooking grill and ample seating, overlooking trees and mountain. The front porch is a cozy setting with Adirondack chairs. Excellent WiFi and Roku TVs. All beds are either new or new plush toppers.

Located in a gated community, you can enjoy the use of the clubhouse's heated pool, sauna, hot tub, gym, and spotless locker rooms. Indoor outdoor tennis courts.

Conveniently, there are two dedicated parking spots in front of the house and plenty of extra parking in the guest lot, if needed.
We've stocked the house for your stay with all the essentials we think you would need such as soft towels and linens, shampoo and conditioner, blowdryer, laundry detergents, full kitchen and, of course, coffee😊

A perfect getaway for all seasons with its waterpark in Summer, skiing in Winter, hiking in Fall, and golf and biking in the Spring. We look forward to making your stay perfect and filled with wonderful memories. Welcome.

Complete family friendly ski trip

The house was perfect ski in ski out location for family ski trip. Owners provided easy check in all taken care of in advance and were responsive to a few easy questions. Would stay again when next at Camelback.

Winter wonderland!

A warm, welcoming, well-appointed townhouse for my husband & I and our four adult children (coming from western MA and Richmond VA) for a family vacation on the slopes. We enjoyed the gas stove and the living and sleeping spaces. We cooked and ate all our meals in the slopeside nest and made full use of the equipment locker (and snow shovel!) during the two days of snow over MLk Jr weekend — one of our favorite things about the location is the minimal walk (maybe a full minute, max?!?) to the beginner slopes and the opportunity to ski back for lunch and bathroom; we appreciated the shoe/boot trays for our wet boots.

Relaxing stay

Everything was as advertized. Kitchen was well stocked as well as the house. Place was perfect for wimter mountain activities but would also be great for summer ones too. Location location location. Will be booking again.

Awesome ski in ski out property

This was a well appointeted unit in an amazing location. We love to cook for ourselves and the kitchen had everything we needed to make some delicious meals. The living room was comfortable and had a great table to eat at or play board games. The bed rooms were very comfortable and we slept great. Overall I would highly reccomend this unit.

Fantastic stay

The house is clean and cared for and convenient to great hiking and waterparks. We had a great stay. The beds were very comfortable, the kids really enjoyed the bunk beds. The hosts were gracious and quick to respond to any questions.

Wonderful!

We stayed for a long weekend to ski and it couldn’t have been better! Lots of space for our group and the kids loved having their own space! This property was truly a ski in/out with a 30 second walk to an easy slope. We felt welcomed when we arrived and it had everything that we could have wanted. One thing to note is that this property was even nicer than it appeared in the listing (when does that ever happen?!) We would definitely stay again!

Cozy spot… perfect location for ski-on/ski-off

My husband and 2 of our boys ages 10 & 13 stayed for Super Bowl wkend. The place was very clean and cozy and welcoming. It had everything we needed for the wkend. The location to the slopes made it easy for the kids to come and go as they please. Would definitely return.

Perfect location to ski in and out of camelback! Property was clean and cozy! Three levels, spacious and roomy to spread out with kids and all our ski gear! Would def stay here again!

Perfect for family ski trip!

For a price similar to staying cramped in a hotel room with our 3 children, this house instead offered all the comforts of our own home. The layout is great for family fun times and quiet times alike, and the owners are very fast to answer any question. The children enjoyed the two downstairs bedrooms including the mini pool table, while the adults could have the loft and their own bathroom. All rooms are "ready" to live in including sheets, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, tablets for the washing machines, salt and pepper, etc so that we can seamlessly come and live with minimal packing. Important on a family trip and even more so on a ski trip: showers have good water pressure and very ample supply of hot water. Sure, the heating system makes small noises, but the level of heating and the level of noise are still much better than in many hotels (less noisy, less dry air, perfectly adjustable thermostats everywhere). The outside locked shed for the ski equipment is very useful. We were disappointed that the green "beginner" ski slope adjacent to the housing complex was closed when we came. "Ski out" was still easy with walking over to the next slope, but "ski in" would have involved going down an icy blue run, which two of our children were not ready for. However even then, we were able to "hike back up" to the house, 10 min of exercising from the top of the magic carpet. It's very nice to be able to ski without taking out the car! If we ski at Camelback again we will certainly look for this house, and we are also curious now to check out the area in other seasons.

-My family and I are avid skiers and have stayed at many ski houses and resorts in the USA. We rented a townhouse at the Village at Camelback one winter and fell in love with everything about it. Then we came back in the summer to the Camelback Waterpark and decided to buy our own home here because we could not stay away from this magical place. I love the convenience to my home in NJ and the beautiful drive. I love the charm of the shops and the fun restaurants. I love reading a book by the fireplace and having cocktails on the back deck. I love waking up early in this cozy house, making coffee, putting on my ski boots and walking to the slopes. I think it is perfection. And I'm sure you will love it as much as I do! -Meredith

I own a business and understand the importance of making the customer happy and anticipating their needs. What makes this property a standout amongst others is: 1)it is approximately 79 steps from front door to the slopes with true Ski In/Ski Out access. 2) it has been completely renovated, decorated and updated, new gas converted fireplace, heat and AC. 3)the front door it is at street level (unlike many of the properties here where there are many steps to climb with luggage, ski equipment, groceries) 4)Two dedicated parking spots conveniently located in front of house 5)biggest wrap-around deck because we are a fabulous end unit townhouse 😊

-Location, location, location in a secure, gated community with club house heated pool, sauna, hot tub, gym and locker rooms.
-The numerous restaurants are uniquely special; you will easily find restaurants for every mood and occasion whether it be romantic, festive, social, low key, fancy or down-right fun!
-The back deck is a favorite spot as it makes us feel we are in a treehouse, high among the treetops. It is a stunning view and is a private spot we adore.
