Built in 2003, this gorgeous 4BR/3BA home features a gourmet kitchen and a fenced yard. High ceilings soar in the open-concept living area, and central air conditioning assures comfort year-round. A jetted tub awaits in the airy master suite.

Kirkwood, Heavenly, and Sierra at Tahoe ski resorts are within easy driving distance. In the warmer months, head to El Dorado Beach and Camp Richardson Resort & Marina in 13 minutes or less.

LIVING AREAS

With 2,147 square feet of richly detailed living space, this sun-soaked home offers an atmosphere that will quickly lull you into vacation mode. Vaulted ceilings and towering windows welcome you into the main living room. Unwind on two sofas and a recliner next to the gas fireplace and watch shows on the 55-inch TV. The downstairs living room has a 55-inch TV, sleeper sofa, and leather recliner.

KITCHEN & DINING

The foodies in your party will feel right at home in the immaculate kitchen. Enjoy a full suite of appliances, including a gas range and a wine cooler, as well as ample counter space. Two can perch at the kitchen bar while dinner simmers. Gather around the eight-seat dining table for a family-style meal.

BED & BATH

The primary suite is an absolute sanctuary. This peaceful space has a plush king bed, reading nook, 46-inch TV, and spa-like en-suite bath with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate jetted garden tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The nearby guest bath has a tub/shower combination. Two additional guest rooms are located on the first floor. The third and fourth bedrooms both have queen beds. The adjacent bath is equipped with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA

A gas grill on the balcony is ready for family cookouts, and a table on the covered patio is perfect for alfresco meals. All-around fencing creates a private, tree-lined retreat for your group.

Things to Know
Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Weekend getaway

Absolutely beautiful home. Very spacious with all the amenities you need. Close enough to town that you can run in easily but far enough to be away from the crowds.

Beautiful and Serene

Overall this property was beautiful, the scenery was fantastic(we sat on the lower patio the most since that had furniture), the beds were so comfy and we had a fantastic time. All of the updates made to this house were amazing and made our stay even better. I did work with a few members of the Vacasa team while on our stay and they were nice and prompt. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

Great Home!

We loved staying in this home! We had a group of 10 girls for our friends bachelorette! The entire house music system was so fun while we all got ready! We loved the location. It does say it can fit 4 cars, we had three but one was a GMC sierra full size truck. The driveway is narrow and would not fit another car with a full sized truck or suv so be prepared. Bring your own spices as they were not provided but totally ok! Overall would book again in a heart beat! Couch was huge and comfy and cabin was even better than the photos!

Family getaway 21st bday

Celebrated sons 21st bday. First time using Vrbo and wasn't sure how much they enforced all the rules on website. Had a group of 14 and had two emails saying two different things on max capacity We were 2 people over and so I called to ask if we would be ok and there response was No I get there are rules for everyone but at some point you have to bend a little

Good home but bad for toddlers

The house is spacious and comfortable. It has AC which is rare for the location. However two aspects make it a bad fit for toddlers. The main living area is upstairs at the top of a metal staircase. There’s a poorly secured gate to help keep kids upstairs. Second, doors only lock on the inside via a deadbolt. Toddlers could lock themselves inside and be unable to get out.

Nice spacious home in South Tahoe

, fire place with gas and 2 patio decks to relax on. The beds were comfy, plenty of dishes to use, plenty of extra blankets (just in case), fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking and mixing needs. This home also has a very spacious garage for 2 vehicles. We felt right at home on our South Tahoe vacation. The home was great! 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, washer and dryer, heating and central A/C

Beautiful and spacious vacation home close to Heavenly Ski Resort

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very beautiful, spacious, well-kept, modern house that was perfect for two families with two bedrooms upstairs and two more downstairs. It was easy to reserve with a convenient and responsive texting ability for fast response. Instructions were straightforward and easy to access. It's in a nice residential neighborhood. During snow season, chains are needed to get in and out of the driveway and neighborhood to the main roads. Supermarkets, restaurants and other stores are close by. We came here to ski at Heavenly, and it was the perfect distance for that.

Amazing stay

We came here with 10 friends from SF for our annual friendship trip! We enjoyed every moment of our stay and will definitely come back if visiting south lake tahoe: - very clean, amazing house just like pictured - easy to go to Heavenly and restaurants in SLT - parks 4 cars - easy access

Escape to the Snow

We had a great weekend. The house was very nice. It had plenty of space for all 10 of us. The house is easy to get to. It has a great open concept kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, coffee, etc.

The online process and email/texting was very convenient. Quiet neighborhood. Actually saw a large black bear, which was cool. House looked great from the street. House inside showed some wear from being a VRBO. In fact, there were enough things broken that I started taking pictures in case there were any issues with getting our deposit back. At one point we had so much harmful smoke coming into the house from the wildfires, and it turned out that it was because the fireplace damper was open. I would have appreciated if that was closed since smoke was everywhere and it was so warm that the fireplace wouldn't have been used. All in all, we had a good experience at the property, and enjoyed the open floorplan upstairs and the multi level spaces.

Our recent stay in Tahoe

The house was very nice and spacious, which we enjoyed. The kitchen was REALLY stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook for your family. However, the only dissapointment we had was with bedding. I went to go put my 3 year old to sleep in the room with bunk beds and noticed stains on the sheets, which really grossed me out because then I was paranoid the entire stay that most of the sheets haven’t been washed. The comforters did not feel clean.. the downstairs bed squeaked so much every time I would turn or even move a bit. The pull out sofa bed downstairs was really uncomfortable as well. The house was great but I feel like the mattresses and comforters need to be updated. Thank you.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Shocked at the misrepresentation in photos and statements including this photo. Property and yard in such shabby, run down condition that the light cleaning given does not address the inferior condition of the linens, cluttered/dustgathering nicknacks, broken window shades, old/uncleanable pots and pans, unclean windows,torn/dirty carpet in masterbedroom. No complaints about housekeeping who were not responsible for the uncleanability of the appearance and upkeep. The location was very satisfactory--quiet and access to walking/biking trails.Complaints and request for extra garbage pickup did not seem to be resolved.Prop managers and cleaners seemed to be limited by the irresponsibility of the property owner.

Vacation home

The property was really nice and exactly as described. Well appointed with a full kitchen, close to everything and a drive away to the water sport lake area. Grocery store, gas station, and hospital are near so makes it very easy to run errands. The patio/backyard was quiet and very comfortable and we would love to come back during the winter time to take advantage of the Snow.

Definitely gets the job done

Property was very spacious. The upstairs was perfect for the group of 9 we had. Didnt feel crowded. Perfectocation if your not trying to gamble the while trip. Very short drive to the casinos if you are. Would definitely Italy stay again.

Would not rent again.

We were looking forward to this stay. Upon arrival, we were surprised by many activated mouse traps through out the cabin. We had to move them to hid them under furniture as my 8 year old almost stepped on one. There was no extra toilet paper, rolls were 80% used. No extra towels were provided. Beds were extremely soft and noisy. Kitchen was a good size but pots and pans were overly used and really stained. Home has a Poot clean job as there was lint thru the carpets as no vacuum was done prior to our arrival and bathrooms had dead spiders left by sink area. Our family was excited for this cabin trip, cabin was a good size and good location, everything would have been perfect but the first thing that concerned this stay was the mouse traps activated and left in areas that were visible and in walk ways. Bummed to say that we Definitely would not stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: There was a few issues, there was a large "0" gold balloon in the ceiling right by the ceiling fan that could have been removed, downstairs shower need to be fix the water flow was ridiculous low and the trash bin (bear bins) were full with trash bags so we did have to leave all our trash in the garage. Our overall stay was great. We would stay here again. Please fix that shower.

Lovely property

It is a nice house, has most everything we needed; however, should have more toi. paper & paper towels; also let us know early on that we need to use code to enter the garage and THEN enter the 10 digit code/ somewhat confusing. We had a good time.
