Views and balcony amazing . Condo needs updates. There were issues that did not get resolved while we were there . Cover parking great . Only one elevator for whole building was a negative. Pool and beach were great .

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re so glad you enjoyed the amazing views and balcony, covered parking, pool, and easy access to the beach. We’re sorry that some aspects of the property, including the elevator situation, impacted your stay. The elevators are controlled by the HOA and are unfortunately out of our control. We appreciate your comments and hope you’ll stay with Sugar Sands Vacation Rentals again in the future!

The room was fine but the property in general was not too clean. The elevator was stifling, no circulation at all. We had no water all day Wednesday, the pool was closed all day Thursday. There did not appear to be any management on site as the office was always closed an unoccupied. Maintenance did check on us a couple of times to make sure everything was working properly.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that several aspects of your stay were disappointing. We understand how frustrating it must have been to experience a water outage and a pool closure during your visit, as well as the uncomfortable elevator conditions. While these property-wide issues are outside of our control, we do understand how they can impact your overall experience. We’re glad to hear that our maintenance team checked in to make sure everything in your room was working properly. We appreciate you staying with Sugar Sands Vacation Rentals and hope we have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

Relaxing

Great view from the balcony, clean, roomy, everything we needed for our stay. Pool was clean and never felt too crowded. Only down fall was that the beach chairs are included but you can't reserve them the day before without paying for it.

Great location and view. The heated pool makes a big difference, very nice! Unit was clean and more than sufficient for a relaxing time for two. Price was right, rental company responded great to a few things like washer was “fussy”, but figured it out with quick response from rental company to reset that breaker. But also had to give the washer door a real hard close to get it to connect and turn on. Fyi. Would rent again.
