I’m a gardener and fruit enthusiast, which you’ll notice throughout our garden and surroundings. My wife and I spent the past five years thoughtfully building this home and garden — creating a space meant for comfort, connection with nature, and simple enjoyment.

We chose Manzanillo for its rare balance of nature, community, and quality of life. The neighborhood offers a peaceful, small-town atmosphere surrounded by jungle and wildlife, while still being walkable to the beach, restaurants, and essential services. It’s a place where life moves at a comfortable pace and people genuinely look out for one another.
What we enjoy most is the daily connection to nature — waking up to birds and monkeys, walking to the beach in minutes, and being close to the Gandoca-Manzanillo Wildlife Refuge. At the same time, Manzanillo has a strong sense of local culture and community that makes it feel welcoming and safe.
This area allows guests to experience the Caribbean side of Costa Rica in an authentic way — relaxed, natural, and unspoiled — while still having everything needed for a comfortable stay.
