Our family of 5 loved staying here. It was simply perfect! The view is amazing and we loved spending mornings drinking coffee on the balcony. The condo had everything we needed. Additionally, Paradise in Hawaii were amazing helping us after the hurricane. Thank you! We plan on returning.

Place was absolutely perfect for our get away. Lots of space, beautiful ocean views, pool, hot tub and access to Mauna Kea beach…the best!

Great visit!

Very comfortable space for my husband and I and 4 teenagers! Great views from almost every room. Well laid out and comfortable space. Very clean and had all the amenities.

Magical Hawaiian Vacation

This is the second year we have stayed in the beautiful property. It was so convenient, comfortable and relaxing. The view and the ocean breeze is everything we were looking for. Also enjoyed the resort access. Responsive hosts!

Amazing Vacation Home Base

This was the perfect place on the Big Island. Clean, beautiful, comfortable for our family. They had everything. The community pool was a highlight as well. Thanks so much for making everything so easy and delightful!

Hawaiian Paradise

The property and amenities were wonderful. Not only was the house big it was clean too. We are a family of 5 and the layout allowed us all to have our quiet places to escape to rest. The garage had boogie boards, snorkel gear and beach chairs and umbrella to boot. More than enough stuff to make your day at the beach perfect.

Wonderful!

It was a perfect place to stay! There were 5 of us, 3 rooms and 3 baths, all separated from each other giving everyone their space. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The furniture, beds and outdoor chairs were very comfortable. The doors to the lani opened up fully extending the living room, We loved that. We didn't use the community pool area but toured it and it was very nice. The only disappointment was that the e-bikes were out of commission. We would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Wonderful Home on the Ocean

Jaw dropping beauty! This house is right on the ocean. We enjoyed eating on the patio and watching sunsets with cocktails. We sat in the spa every late afternoon and watched the whales go by. The house is spacious, plenty of room for 6 people. We cooked in a lot and enjoyed that. There was a lot of rain our week but we expected that so we were prepared. Any question or issue we had the property manager answered promptly. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Bait and Switch

It had filthy carpeting, I’m not sure when it was last cleaned, 20 years maybe. The furniture was also filthy, sticky and the arms of the couch were literally frayed off so the stuffing was revealed. The two E-bikes that were promised were now “under maintenance” and unavailable just as the review 2 months earlier had also reported.( why didn’t I listen) The lanai refrigerator was also “under maintenance” and unusable as well as the gas grill which was disgustingly dirty and the brush to clean it was completely shredded into bits. Unusable again. The dishes were in terrible condition. Overall, I’d give this unit and company a hard pass. The cleaning hill was over $450, yet we were instructed to wash all the beach and bath towels before leaving. When I complained about the E bikes being unavailable and in addition the terrible state of the carpet, couches, lanai grill and refrigerator, I heard crickets. Management was not available or amenable to fixing any of it except they did send someone to fix one sink that wouldn’t drain. Not worth the money, grossly dirty, no thanks!

Sea-Nic Escape is a wonderful vacation rental in a great community as evidenced by nothing but stellar 10 star VRBO reviews by all other guests. The home is professionally cleaned and then separately inspected before each guest arrival. The checklists are over 100 items long with detailed photos that evidence the claims made here that are false. When the guest called we offered to send our team over to have a look and remedy any issues but the guest refused and then just asked to continue her stay but to be given half her money back. The only accurate item in the review was the e-bikes were offline while we waited for the specialty replacement brakes to arrive. They were back ordered so it took a while to get them to Hawaii and they are now installed. Safety for our guests is imperative. The next guests that came in the same day they departed was a six time repeat guest of ours and loved their stay. We have since had 6 other families since then who all had great times including a guest who left a review in April 2024 on VRBO. Our full time property care employees are very responsive and in Mauna Kea resort every day and ready to assist. It is important for travelers to read all reviews to get an accurate perspective. We host over 3000 families a year in over 100 homes. Guest satisfaction is extremely important to us.

Amazing beach vicinity condo

Great place. Well equipped with all beach toys too. Minor problem getting in at check in due to the electronic lock sticking. Called the rental agent and they told me how to pull on the door so it wouldn’t stick. Very minor issue but a bit of a hassle after a long day traveling. Place is absolutely wonderful otherwise.
