"Ocean Breeze" is a large 3 bedroom home that sleeps eight (8) and is exquisitely furnished with 2 Master Suites each with their own luxurious bath, and 3rd bedroom with its own luxurious bathroom right outside the door. This home is perfect for families or three couples looking to share a home while having space, privacy and near equal size rooms and baths.

The Primary suite has a King bed, direct access to lanai and amazing ocean views.
The second Primary suite has a King bed and has stunning ocean views and coastline views that is equal to the first primary suite. Each Primary suite has a large ensuite bath with soaker tub, gorgeous high-end cabinets and frameless glass showers.
The third bedroom features two full size beds.
There is a bathroom just outside the bedroom door that is just as luxurious as the other two primary suites.

The airy open concept main room includes kitchen, great room, and large covered lanai with grill. Dine alfresco on the lanai or at the kitchen island. The large lanai doors disappear into the wall for complete blend of indoor and outdoor living.

The lanai features comfy chairs and daybed for reading, dining area with room for six, and an outdoor kitchen. The lanai has an overlooking view of the Wai'ula'ula community with the expansive ocean as a backdrop. A perfect place for your morning coffee, or quiet place to chat with a glass of wine as you watch the glorious sunset.

"Ocean Breeze" is on a quiet court, yet only a short walk to the Wai'ula'ula gated community recreation center and pool. This recreation center boasts an infinity pool that is to die for, and a kids pool for those with little ones. Lay on loungers in the water, enjoy the hot tub spa or cuddle up with your kids on one of the big orbital day beds. The recreation center also has a fitness center with stunning views of the pools and expansive Hawaii scenery.

Ocean Breeze Villa is located in the gated community of Wai'ula'ula where the units enjoy stunning views.
Guests love the peace and tranquility of Wai'ula'ula not to mention the great sunsets while being in the Mauna Kea resort.

Soft white sand and warm turquoise waters greet you at both Mauna Kea Beach and Hapuna Beach. All beaches in the State of Hawaii are public and provide for public access.
These two beaches are not over-built with only a single hotel on them and are otherwise surrounded by Hawaii's natural landscape. Abundant parking is available at Hapuna Beach State Park on the south end.
There is limited free public parking at Mauna Kea Beach so it's good to plan to arrive early for a fun day.

To make the most of these two beaches or explore a multitude of other beaches including white sand beaches, black sand beaches and even a green sand beach we have equipped the home with a large supply of beach goodies for your use at no extra cost.

The Big Island and this home have a wide range of restaurants, activities, golf, tennis and shops to enjoy nearby. At most times of the year guests can make reservations for golf, activities, and restaurants. Our guest ambassadors are happy to help our guests with any questions, ideas and love helping ohanas have an amazing experience on the Big Island. It is an incredibly friendly and safe island. Our team loves sharing their passion for the Big Island with others.

For those guests staying at Ocean Breeze Villa who want the benefits of staying in a luxury private home but also to enjoy an experience as if they were a hotel guest there is an ability to opt into the Mauna Kea Club program. Only guests staying in Mauna Kea resort homes where the owners are members of the Mauna Kea Club have the option of enjoying this option. The program includes charging privileges at two hotels (Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and Hapuna Westin), use of each hotel's pools, beach chairs, and hotel parking. The hotel requires guests who opt in to pay a daily fee per home, not per guest, to the hotel directly. Guests who opt in must sign up for all nights of their stay. Unlike some vacation rental companies, Paradise in Hawaii does not force guests to sign up for the program and pay higher nightly rates. For those guests choosing the Club option, our guest ambassador team will facilitate your registration. Inquire with our team for more details and for pricing. Rates are set by the hotel and are subject to change each year and during certain peak weeks. For guests who want to participate, advance registration is required with the hotel.

The Mauna Kea Resort sets the rates for its Optional Amenity Program. Participation is entirely optional, and fewer than half of our guests choose to enroll.
At this time, rates have only been published for 2026.
The Resort typically updates its pricing annually and does not generally honor or grandfather the previous year's rates into a new calendar year.
As a result, 2027 rates will not be known until they are released by the Resort at the end of the year.

While some guests love the Club experience, many of our guests find that with the free nearby Wai'ula'ula community pool and fitness center along with the public access to the same beaches using our collection of beach gear that signing up for the Club doesn't make sense. Several past guests have commented there is so much to do on the Big Island that they did not make full use of the optional program.

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
• Life jackets, swim belts for the younger ones

For those with children:

Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

A short drive away are six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Black Sand Beach, Private Beach 69, and of course two of the best beaches in Hawaii right on the resort; Hapuna beach and the breath-taking Mauna Kea beach.

The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.

Within a 10 minute drive are three high-end shopping complexes, Queens Shops at Waikoloa, Kings Shops and the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
